QDOBA Mexican Eats

I had an issue with my food on Sunday and it made me not feel so good. After calling and letting them know what happened, not only were they concerned and kind, they were amazing in apologizing and reassuring me that they did check everything and tossed out anything that seemed bad.

They also gave me a free Entree (Bowl) for my trouble.

HUGE shout-out to the employees/team and manager for absolutely amazing service. I don't think I'll find a better place that is that hands on with customer service and kindness.

I have to say I was hesitant to come back. However, I had two ladies today at 4:00pm who were stellar! I hope new management came into play. The Mexican woman was so friendly and thorough! Fresh and filled case and happy to put lettuce on the side so it did not get soggy. Thank you!

Good food, nice variety of options. Service was enthusiastic. The guy who wrapped my tortillas was a genius!

Fresh, fast, delicious. Healthy options. I love it that guacamole & queso on your food items do not cost extra like they do at similar restaurants. I do wish there was a drive-thru.

Food is always good. Very quick and easy to grab for a take out to bring food home for thr family.

Some of the staff (like GM) can be stingy with portions but regardless the food tastes great so we always enjoy our chicken bowls! Also the pink strips are pickled onions, my favorite!

Melanie and I went out for a late lunch after I pick her up at work today. 1-1-19 As always the food was delicious as always been going there for about six year's now. I always get the Brisket Burrito bowl & Melanie the Chicken Burrito bowl yum yum yum. The Burrito bowls look just a like so only took one picture.

Love this place, if you want to spend more money, go to chipotle. But if you want the same exact thing and don’t want to get ripped off, then this is the place for you.

I usually don't rate fast food type restaurants, but the quality and presentation of the food I got here was well worth the review! their specialty tacos were so delicious as if they came from a high quality restaurant. the service/staff was also wonderful and very welcoming.

Shout out to those two guys working the front during a busy lunch rush. they did an excellent job of filling orders and getting people in and out with friendly service and accuracy. The food is always great here! Restaurant was clean and those two did awesome today!

Honestly, the best Qdoba I've been to. Clean and nice atmosphere. But the best part was the service. The staff was quick and friendly, but the gentleman wearing a polo (manager?) went so above and beyond in terms of service. Delivered our order to the table and comped chips (freshly made) due to our own indecision before paying. He deserves a raise and this is the nicest Qdoba because of him and his team.

Great experience- got Uber eats and it was fast and delicious!

I love qdoba so much and Erica just makes it so much better. She’s there pretty much everytime I go which is a lot. She’s always in a great mood and always ask how I’m doing. I can tell she’s a really hard worker and she handles everything very well. The food is also AMAZING!!! This is my favorite place to eat! It’s also much cheaper and yummier than chipotle!

Chips were a little stale, but delicious queso as usual!

Had an awesome burrito tonight. Love that you can load it up and it doesn't change the price. Most places will nickel and dime you for every ingredient you want to add. Very good value. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was so impressed with the staff and Manager at Qdoba on Oneida. I placed an online order today that was pretty large, and I totally screwed up some of my details. I called and asked them if they’d be able to help me out and make a few changes and they were so accommodating. They were totally understanding and really went above and beyond to help me out with my order fix all of the mistakes that I had made and it was even super busy and they still took the time out to help me out. I will definitely be back and could not recommend them enough.

Very clean restaurant. The staff has always been helpful. The selections are outstanding and very flavorful. The service has always been quick and courteous. Prices seem reasonable for the quality of food you get, but a little pricier than your average fast food joint, bit at the same time the food is higher quality than typical fast food also!!

An absolutely fantastic place to eat. The food here is decently cheap especially when you consider that the serving sizes are massive. I have been here several times and I have never been disappointed.

The staff is always nice, the food is always delicious, I never feel like I don't get my money's worth, and you can really customize your food to exactly what you like every time. I would highly recommend this place. Especially over Chipotle.

Yesterday I went to this location specifically because I'd had some concerns about the other store across town which I go to all the time. I must've gotten a manager (unintentional) and she listened to me, actually found another concern, and BEST OF ALL she said that she will make sure the other store gets educated about these things. I have celiac and don't have many options when it comes to eating out. This manager made my year and knows how to keep the customer coming back. I look forward to returning to the east side store after giving them a chance to follow through.
