Honestly best taco bell I have been to since I was a kid. Beautiful new store with great employees who look happy to be there. I even ordered the wrong item on my end and they still worked with me to make it correct even though it was my fault. All the good they do not short they load it down with meat and ingredients I was very impressed for a taco bell. Thanks again!

I don’t know who you had on shift today, but let me tell you, I had the best interaction I have ever had at a Taco Bell, everyone was very polite, even told me to have a great day and that they hoped I enjoyed my food. There was a lovely young black man working who again reinforced the “have a great day” 10/10 makes up for any of the other issues I have ran into at Taco Bell!

Went through about 3:15 today, Jan 27th. Person taking order was crisp and professional sounding. When pulling up to window saw it was a mature person, guessing retired and working just to get out of the house, but a nice suprise that explains the difference in demeanor. In and out in 6 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Order was correct, hot and properly made (as described on menu). Prior reviews are atrocious, but if you hit it when the right staff is there, it's the Taco Bell like we hoped it would be.

Staff were amazing and top notch. Food was great and service was extremely fast. Very clean showroom. Everyone in the building showed a positive attitude and was very helpful. A++++++++

They always have my order on point, never missing a thing. It’s always fresh and the faces are always friendly. However this morning was above me beyond. The women at the window was so sweet and my food was fantastic. They even gave me an extra cup of sauce because I waited and I didn’t even wait that long! Much needed kindness on my not so great morning. Thanks Taco Bell 🩵

I’ve been 3 times and it’s been great food and service each time at the drive through (including tonight).

I came by here to get some food, used the digital kiosk when I made my order. I didn't order a drink but the manager gave me one any ways. My food was made perfectly, they got it right which is rare at most other Taco Bells.

I have to say that this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area! From day one, the management and staff have been super amazing and prompt. The food is always fresh! Other than them completely forgetting my drink on my last visit, I am very satisfied with this establishment. I was told I can come get my drink another day. Thank you Taco Bell for being a great asset to our neighborhood!

Quick, friendly service. My only complaint is that I ordered 2 cinnamon twists, but only received one. I called the restaurant and had to leave a voice-mail message but no one ever called me back. The rest of my order was perfect.

Everyone at this Taco Bell is always so friendly. I had something wrong with my order through drive thru and then went inside and they fixed it right away and gave my son some cinnamon twists for waiting. I’m in here a lot during the week because it’s near work and I never have a problem! Kudos to y’all! :)

They definitely had a rough start due to labor issues but food is great when not super busy. Also the older manager is so nice is such a nice woman. What a blessing to have such a caring worker…always cleaning the inside, asking customers if they need anything, and above all saw her picking up trash in the parking lot before her shift started.

Been twice recently and both times were satisfied. Quick service and the food was very hot and fresh. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

::10.16.23 UPDATE:: For those with the really low reviews, if you haven't been there recently, you may want to go back and give it another chance. They have more staff now and the drive thru used to be about an hour wait during dinner rush hour and it is now down to nine minutes from the time of placing order, to paying, and finally to receiving the correct order. So happy for them and extremely happy for me!

Great food, great service and experience has improved tremendously from when they first opened. They are a lot faster and the food always tastes fresh. Love their beef chalupas.

My whole family thinks the food from this location is the best Taco Bell we’ve ever had. It is so well made! No clumps of toppings/sour cream, nice and evenly spread, fresh… The wait can be awhile, but they’ve only been open a very short time so it’s everyone’s first week on the job at the same time. They were giving free drinks inside for people while they waited. I’m happy they’re hanging in there because I love having a Taco Bell in the area.

I’ve been 2 times so far. The first time was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell and everyone was very friendly. The second time they were running out of everything and had to refund a lot of orders but they said it was due to a worker unexpectedly quitting so it wasn’t something they could control. It is new so will give it some time.

Just stopped by for the first time today since they opened, just to give it a try, and it was a great experience.
Food was fresh and well made, friendly service and minimal wait time.
Happy to have a nice taco bell close by! keep up the professionalism and good food and I will be back!

We’ve been here twice within 2-1/2 weeks, and both times were the BEST “Taco Bell” visits we’ve had in decades. The food (crunchwrap supreme, quesadilla, and tacos both times) was perfectly hot, perfect ratio of toppings, neatly put together and nicely packaged. Service was excellent…very cordial and cheerful…same drive-thru specialist both times. Well done, Taco Bell! We hope to make your restaurant a weekly treat!

I've been pretty skittish about going to another Taco Bell after getting burned the last 5 times but decided to try my luck with this new location and I was not disappointed. Unlike the other TBs in the Raleigh area, my food came out warm, complete, pretty timely and the workers were friendly. From this experience, I would have never known this location was staffed by new folks. Kudos for a job well done!

Feels like the one star reviews are being made by customers with unfair expectations (don't expect a quick turnaround time with 20+ cars in the drive-thru, etc) or by those who simply want to watch the world burn..

Be prepared for a very, very, very long wait. I stopped checking after 30 minutes of waiting, but they're new so we'll see if they improve over time.

So my wait ended up being close to 40 minutes, but the food came out hot and right. The drive thru was definitely moving faster than ordering via the app and picking it up inside.

They definitely had some kinks to work out after opening up, but I will go to this tb over the one on 70 every time! They're very polite and they have gotten my order correct every time I've been. Y'all, it's a new location. Give em a chance. I've found they are getting much faster now and, again, all my orders have been correct and warm.
