TYUMMI BANH MI & BUBBLE TEA

This place is so cute! It’s a hidden gem for sure. They have your regular selection of boba teas and fruit teas, but they’ve also got smoothies and slushies and a full menu of delicious Asian fusion delicacies! They have corn dogs, banh mi sandwiches, ramen, pho, onigiri, spring rolls, and waffles for dessert. The place is easy to find; it’s right next to Bolay and there’s plenty of parking. The service was quick and the atmosphere was so soothing. The spring rolls came with a little cup of warm broth that made the rolls taste even better; it was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend.

This was my 2nd time here, still so yummy!
Plan on coming back here sometime soon, but since it's a hour away I have to wait for days I'm free too.
I got the potato corn dog, it comes with 2 and they are a pretty decent sized. Only could eat one because of how filling it was.
My friend got the cheese corn dog, the cheese pull was amazing!! A spicy mayo sauce comes with it, so good!
I got strawberry fruit tea, with strawberry popping pearls!! Soo good!!
My friend and her grandma got milk tea boba, and a mango smoothie.
Everything here is a pretty affordable price for what you get, and the amazing quality of everything. Very clean here as well, and the staff are amazing.
There wasn't a lot of parking, but if you go behind the building there was a few spots.

Honestly such a cute place to get some quick pictures AND enjoy some delicious food. Loved going here, recommend their crème brûlée taro milk tea, absolutely delicious. The strawberry tea with strawberry popping pearls was really enjoyable and refreshing as well. The guy who took our order was super sweet and patient me and my mother, as we were both indecisive. 10/10

sea salt coffee was interesting and really good. coffee drinkers should totally order this!
my split cup order included the lychee mojito with lychee popping pearls and honeydew milk tea with passionfruit popping pearls. the lychee mojito IS SO DELICIOUS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT if you have no idea what to order. and the honeydew??? SO AMAZING TOO!! im looking forward to stopping here next time im in the area :') thank you for the yummy drinks, Leah :D

This place is not only super cute but the staff are very nice! They insisted to take photos of us and took cute ones! The food is also very good!

Always a pleasure coming here. Extremely fresh, quick, and tasty Vietnamese food. The staff is always so sweet and very helpful with the menu. I often take their suggestions when I want to try something new.

My only complaint is that they’re occasionally out of quite a few of the menu items, but I believe that might just be the way of life now as they aren’t the only restaurant I’ve encountered like this.

I was looking for a new boba place to try and I’m SO HAPPY I found this place! I loved all the plants and the swinging chair in the front😍 The guy working at the front was so helpful suggesting things and he was so nice. I got coconut milk tea with boba and it was 10/10 so delicious! My husband got grapefruit and he loved it. My girls got strawberry milk tea with boba.
The food was so yummy too! I got a bowl with noodles, steak, and a whole bunch of yummy things!! My husband loved his sandwich and the girls got chicken that was so cute and so good!
We will definitely be coming back!!

I have been here several times to grab a boba tea which has been delicious each time. Today, we decided to try the Banh mi sandwiches and they were delicious! Bread was perfectly crispy, pickled veggies and cucumber were crunchy and fresh and the meat was great. I recommend the combo if you want variety but the lemongrass steak was very good as well. Definitely add the fried shallots! I'll definitely be back for both the sandwiches and the teas.

Signature Banh Mi with tofu is the best banh mi I've had in Florida, the bread is crunchy, tofu is savory and it had just the right amount of veggies. The owner is very sweet, greeted us with a big smile and gave my dogs a bowl of ice water after they had walked 30 minutes in the Floridian sun

OH MY GOSH. This place is so good! Their Bahn Mi is so good and a side drink of boba really does the trick. If I could, I would literally go there everyday. Perfect place for you to hang out with friends, have dates, or just have a meal. They have board games to play while you wait for your food as well. Decently priced. 3 people were in my group. We each got a meal and a drink and spent in total around $40.

This place is soo good, I haven't tried the food here, but the boba drinks, shakes and smothies are soo good. Everyone here is sooo nice and welcoming. I love the Mango smoothie! The wonderful lady working there (I think she was the manager or owner) she gave us a cool sample bucket summer drink Kumquat and I forgot what else it was soo good and refreshing for a hot day. Perfect drink. Definitely recommend coming here so many options!

I originally came here for boba but ended up getting an avocado smoothie because it was nearly the same price! super cheap for an avocado smoothie.

The smoothie was absolutely delicious. It wasn’t icy/crunchy at all and was blended super smooth. The consistency and taste were both perfect. I also tried a sip of the Taro boba and it was also the same consistency and delicious. Can’t wait to try more drinks from here & they also sell fried chicken and other snacks!

This place is amazing. Love the decor. It’s perfect for a date or to hang out with friends. The cashier was so helpful as i forgot my wallet but willing to work with me as i transfer the money to pay for the food through Zelle instead.

Amazing Banh mi and Taiwanese popcorn chicken! Everyone here is so friendly and sweet. They have so many street food options that look amazing and we can’t wait to try more!

the best boba tea in Gainesville. I would visit again after trying Coconut milk tea here. The food which is Banh Mi ( sandwich ) also tastes good. 10/10 highly recommend everyone

I got the brown sugar boba with oat milk tea, and mango passion fruit tea w egg custard and jelly toppings… very delicious! My fav in Gainesville!

It came quickly and it was so good and refreshing. Everything tasted amazing and it is absolutely adorable. The worker ever took pictures of us. The experience was awesome.
