I just received my second pair of hearing aids. The first pair was through a program call Hear Now. They were operated by batteries. Just got my second pair on 10/12/23 which I purchased through my insurance company. I had the pleasure to work with Shawn on both pairs. Let me tell you , the chargeable ones that I just got are AWESOME! With the help of Shawn I can hear better then ever. The chargeable aids are the top of the line. Sean taught me things about my hearing and lack of that I did not know. This is my second time getting hearing aids. Sean took his time and asked questions and answered all of mine. From start to finish, Shawn and Shore Hearing has made the process simple. I previously had a hearing test so I was test fitted with hearing aids in the office and when we found a set that fit my needs, they were ordered. A short time later, they were brought to my home, outfitted. Shawn set them up and gave me a full tutorial and shown how to use the app and I was hearing much that afternoon. Shawn Butler is the most knowledgeable hearing specialist I have yet to encounter. I was not (yet) his customer but he still came to my home, repaired my existing hearing aid, tested my hearing and determined that I would definitely benefit by wearing 2 hearing aids. I have had horrible experiences with other specialists and companies but Shawn seemed genuinely interested in my personal situation, explained options from different vendors and was willing to loan 2 aids to me to make sure I wouldn't miss any more work.

Went in today for an adjustment on my Hearing Aids and got an update on software, cleaning, new ear pieces, and new wax stops!!
Shawn checked my phone connection and showed me a couple of new features to make better use of the hearing aids!!

I accompanied my husband when Shawn was fitting him with hearing aids. I was so glad I did! Shawn was thorough in explaining each detail to my husband as wearer and to me as a support to him. Shawn was professional and extremely knowledgeable!

I had been trying to get hearing aids for 6 months. Went through 2 different hearing specialist, with no avail, until I found Shore Hearing with Shawn Butler. Shawn shared so much information about hearing aids. I was impressed. My hearing is kinda bad and Shawn put me in ReSound GN hearing aids. I've had them for 5 days now. I can hear soooo much better. My hubby has to watch what he says now 😂. Shawn definitely knows hearing aids. Jennifer is quite delightful and pleasant with her telephone conversations. I would highly recommend Shawn for all your hearing needs. Also is mobile and can come to your house in your own comfort.

Very down to earth and very informative and Shawn goes out of his way to help you understand how to use your hearing aids. Very friendly too. Also my hearing aids have no feedback and they are so clear.

I've had my hearing aids for about 5 months. They have been great and Shawn set up the test and fitting in my home. This was big help, as I have limited mobility. The hearing aids have set ups and a locater on the application. Yesterday at my doctor appointment the left hearing aid came out, I used the app on the phone to locate it. We were successful and I really appreciated this feature. Thanks so much.
