Starbucks

We stopped at the travel plaza and had the pleasure of having Donald make our drinks. He made the best matcha drink ever and was soooo friendly! Thanks Donald!!!!

Great customer service, the ladies there were very nice, the whole staff had a smile on their face, me and my husband both ordered the Carmel ribbon crunch which was very delicious, highly recommended this place to anyone 😋 definitely will be back 😀 😋

The Starbucks staff at this travel center was PHENOMENAL. They were so obviously busy, but everyone was so friendly and my drink was PERFECT. Thanks, yall! Much appreciated.

I drop by just about every morning on my way to work. I've never had an issue whatsoever. Everyone has always been so polite and absolutely wonderful! I do like White Mocha and Toasted White Mocha but the real reason I go back is because of the service.

It is a rest area Starbucks so of course it's not going to have the conveniences that a normal Starbucks has -- but still, it always nice to have a white mocha or toasted white mocha to make your morning so much better!

So for all the negative nellies and debbie downers - lighten up, grab a white mocha or toasted white mocha and relax!

The wonderful staff at this Starbucks are top notch! Very hard working & kind! They have bent over backwards to make this place very nice! The bad reviews below need to be reported… i guess cussing people out is appropriate to those people but this staff is the best there is! And the Manager was very helpful!

A few weeks ago, we stopped in for a coffee on the way to New Martinsville. Summer and Seth were super nice, had great attitudes and made it a great experience! Will definitely be back on the many trips to come!

This is by far one of the best Starbucks around! Great people, fast service and super tasty drinks! I love that you are able to purchase reusable cups at several locations, so their efforts to help the environment by cutting down on plastic waste is much appreciated and another reason I'm happy to get something when I'm passing through 💕

Ray truck was in front of me at this Starbucks, and quite frankly he was being a jerk the whole time. Tiffany done nothing wrong. Love this Starbucks!!!

Excellant service, courtes, order for Latte was correct and young barista ensured I didn't want cream topping. Overall, will come here again when thru the area.

SB always gets it right! Love what we dubbed our "fast StarBucks", which is a mile and a half further away than our "close SB". Friendly service too!
