KWIK TRIP #162

Best gas station ever!! I stopped here in an emergency when the splash guard on my car came loose and was dragging. I went into the store to see if there was anyway they could help me out with the situation and the employees were so quick to offer assistance. One employee(I did not catch his name and am kicking myself for not getting it) spent over half an hour with me in 6° weather helping to patch it up good enough for me to make it 30 minutes back home. As someone who also works customer service I can not thank him and the rest of the staff enough for going above and beyond for me in a tough situation. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves because there are very few people willing to do so, and companies willing to allow employees to help customer out like that. It is things like this that will always keep Kwik Trip my first choice of gas stations!!

I ordered coffee carafes of different blends and two dozen bagels in three flavors from the Ostego, MN store for a morning networking event and the experience was awesome. I worked mainly with Bethany on the order, who prompted me with questions about whether I needed cups, stir sticks, creamer, etc. which made my meeting set-up much easier. She followed up with me to confirm my order with the bakery. When I arrived at 6:30 a.m., they had it all on a cart and ready for me to pay, and the price was really reasonable compared to other places! A staff person wheeled everything out to my car. So great! Delicious coffee and bagels and single serve cream cheese! My guests were very happy with the offerings at the meeting. I will use them again!

Kwik Trip #162 is a Mecca of the Kwik Trip chain. This Kwik Trip is spotless as they all are and is massive. The pizza selection is excellent. They feature a walk in soda cooler. The grocery selection is slightly expanded on other Kwik Trips. The lot is massive for both auto and commercial vehicles. See me next time Kwik Trip? You sure will.

Clean facility. Plenty of room for truck and trailer. Clean bathrooms large hot food selection. Plenty of choices for beverages. Car wash.

Magnificent crew! Amazing selection! Dropped a load to Ruan very close to here, and get rested! Delicious food, huge selection with good portions! Loved this place, loves, pilot and flying j should see, petro and TA are out of sight according to here

Extremely clean store. The best customer service. Food was great! Open 24hrs. Perfect for 10 hr. Cant say enough good things about this store. I been driving 20 plus years. This is my 2nd favorite stop! Thanks to all the employees here. You all go above and beyond! Please know how much we the Truckers appreciate each and every one of you! Yall rock!!

I will always go out of my way to stop at this Kwik Trip on my way to and from work. The restrooms are always clean so you don't have to feel like you need to hold your kids above the toilets. The bakery is great, the best there is out of any convenience store, and their produce is always fresh.

I LOVE Kwik Trip! It's like a small grocery store with the convenience of a gas station. Fresh bread and donuts AND a really great coffee corner with some fancy coffee options...at a WAY better price than those coffee shops. I was also impressed with the pricing on their grocery items.

I love Kwik Trip. Everyone is so nice (shoutout to Sandy the food sampler) and has a really good energy. I stop here nearly everyday for my iced caramel mocha. Super affordable and convenient.

Staff is excellent at helping you find whatever you need, and with a smile to boot. Very good selection of products and fresh(yes that says fresh) meats and produce.

Most gas stations I rate as 3 stars ("average"). A gas station is a gas station, right? If I have an exceptionally bad experience or get overcharged in the convenience store, I might drop the rating to two stars. Well, this is my new favorite station. By far. Not only do they have a ton of land (truckers can park their semis) so you don't feel like other cars are going to hit you as they maneuver in tightly cramped spaces and plenty of pumps--but my jaw dropped when I needed air in my tires. Half the stations I visit have started charging ($0.50 and up) for air (and I never carry cash, much less coins). Here air is free. But that's not where it ended. Their air compressor has you punch in the desired PSI and then it shuts off once it reaches that pressure! Bonus: there's a charging station for electric cars (and they put it far from the doors to the station, so it won't get used as a "parking spot" by an idiot driving a vehicle with an ICE!)

This place is a gem. Very friendly staff. Great place for truckers with 10-15 parking spots. They have CAT scale and fuel for semis. Food is freshly prepared. Restrooms are super clean.

I stop here nearly every day. Its usually busy but the lines move fast and the cashiers are helpful. The car wash doesn't work well even though its new.

Best fuel station hands down. Friendly staff, very clean, has just about any food, drink, etc...you would want. Plenty of fuel stations, both diesel, DEF, gas and E85. Lots of room, spacious and easy entrance and exit.

Plenty of room. A goldmine for a location. Always plenty of traffic, but never a long wait on anything. Clean restrooms, yes, check that box. Fresh coffee, check that box, too. I wonder what will be built across the street on vacant land. That'll be a goldmine, too.

Awesome everytime! And so nice! Just be careful in the parking lot! People drive very fast in there!
