Big Lots

Really impressed with this place. Haven’t been to a Big Lots in awhile and I was surprised. It was clean, good products, prices and coupons are really fair. Both times all the employees were friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend checking them out. Been telling my family and friends since we went to give them a try. You might be surprised like us.

Great selection of most big lots I have been in. Great prices on furniture I love the couch sectional we bought from there and at a low price! I like finding new things to buy and decorate with and the food selection is big. I love the beauty and body washes and shampoos etc! You can find items here that you can’t in other local places! They always have great sales and good prices. This is my favorite location and close to home.

My first stop shopping for garden decor and also food prices are great.. beautiful store and so clean..

Had the best experience at this Big lots. Was shopping for some last minutes things while helping my brother in law move and came across the store manager, Stan. He was extremely helpful. He gave me some twine to secure the mattress on my truck. Very grateful for his help. Thank you Stan and your team for saving the day.

The place has improved so much. The staff is friendly and is maintained real nice.

Just recently in the past few started going in here. Nice store. Employees are great. Seems to still be a work in progress.

This store has great deals. The staff is always helpful and smiling. I love to go somewhere to shop that has a knowledgeable staff and cares about customer service. Great experience even at the holidays. That's hard to find in retail stores. Their deals are amazing. They are patient and will research the questions you have.

I enjoy shopping here. Staff is friendly, everything is well stocked, and the store is clean despite its age. Sometimes I do wish they would utilize more of their registers though, their lines can get long throughout the day - especially during after work rush. I try to go on my lunch break to avoid it. Sometimes it works, other times I'm waiting in an unnecessarily long line and worrying I won't be back to work on time. I still do it, so I suppose it's worth the risk.

Our cashier Michelle was so helpful, and she noticed the hospital logo on our shirts and asked if we were healthcare workers. We both said that we are Critical Care and Emergency Veterinary Nurses, so she scanned a coupon for essential employees that gave us an additional 15% off of our purchase! Michelle, thank you so much for your kindness! Since you’re also an essential worker, I hope karma reciprocates the same kindness to you! You were wonderful !!

Employees were very friendly. But found their prices a little high, even more than Walmart. We decided to not buy anything and go check out Walmart and same items were cheaper, but of course had to park further and wait longer to check out. The store was very clean, and like I said the employees were more than helpful and very friendly, not what you find at Walmart. So have to weigh out what you want, to save money and put Walmart or pay more and enjoy your shopping experience.

Big lots is another one of my favorites they are so much better than Walmart as well and their furniture is the bomb. So worth going there. I got one of their glass bird baths and it is fantastic the birds love it. And they have a better selection of the dr teal's stuff and because I have eczema I so take advantage of it the body wash the lotion the shampoo all of it is fantastic. then Big lots has wonderful bedding drapes throw rugs candles oh my goodness those candles are to die for you would love the place if you went there and spent just an hour walking around and looking at everything they have fantastic.

Chris was the cashier and he was sooo friendly. I was a little annoying with my coupon and account login from the app and he assured me it was ok to take my time. Total sweetheart. And I love using the app and all the savings. I bought the CUTEST blue clear bag! Love it! I'm obsessed for $5 on clearance. I wanted to buy a few for my friends. Always has cute stuff. Furniture is SO nice. Broyhill. Great look and prices and quality. Wish I had more money because I'd spend it there!

Very friendly staff great prices. Very good furniture selection with great prices. Full shelves easy to get around the store. Clean bathrooms. Ample parking in front of the store. Carts are functional and not busted. Overall will be coming back. Very pleased.
