The UPS Store

I have used Anna UPS store on several occasions. It is convenient, fast, and well staffed. Their employees are also very well trained. The most recent transaction I made was a bit complicated.
Camden handled it with ease!! He is very pleasant to deal with. You can tell he is dedicated and a very hard worker.

It's been a few months since I dropped off an Amazon return, and truth be told, I didn't realize you could do more than one return at a time until recently, ha. I would go to the counter and do one return at a time, and the Wi-Fi is not that great, so it would be very time-consuming. No matter how long it takes, the staff has always been patient and greeted me with a smile. Yesterday I had two returns, and I forgot to select the multiple returns, so now my anxiety is building up because I'm waiting in line, and more people are coming in, and the line is growing. However, waiting in line allowed me to watch Kam, JC, and Dez as they interacted with the customers. These young men were so helpful and patient with all of the customers. In particular, Kam was helping an older gentleman with some health issues. I believe the gentleman was trying to pull up his shipping return, but he did not have what he needed for whatever reason. I could tell the gentleman was getting upset, but Kam kept his composure, apologized for being unable to help, and offered recommendations for his next steps. As I stated earlier, the man did not seem in the best health, and even though the line was growing, Kam asked if he could help him with the package and take it back to his car for him. I could hear him as they walked out, and Kam engaged him in a way that softened the man's frustrations. So impressed with Kam!!!! My turn was next, and Dez was so kind and gracious to me as he waited paitently for me to pull up my second return. I told him how sorry I was, and the connection was slow, and he didn't bat an eye. He said, don't worry, you are fine. Even though I knew there was a line building, he got frustrated at no time; he kept a smile on his face and gave me individualized attention.

I walked out of the store and thought, they get it. Those young men are the face of your business, and they represent your business well. I'm thankful for their positivity, empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

I have used this location in Anna, TX many times to send packages, copy and fax documents, etc. Thay are always helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I especially like it when Camden is there to help me. He always has a smile on his face, and he is quick to go the extra mile when I need it, which happens every time I have to deal with technology.

Great experience. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and fast. Will definitely be a return customer.

I noticed the UPS store and zipped in to return some Amazon returns that I had been hauling around in my truck. Really wasn't prepared, but the young man that assisted me was so patient. I feel terrible for not remembering his name! My phone wasn't pulling up the scan barcodes so he helped me log onto wifi so it would load. I had been collecting returns for a while and he didn't act annoyed or put out for the time it took me to get it all figured out. It was really a pleasant experience and I will always use that store for both shipping and returns from now on! Thank you!

Listen! I came in to drop off a return for Amazon and literally was out in less than 10 seconds. ReNita greeted me upon arrival, and quickly took the package, and labeled it then giving me a receipt. Hire more of her! This was excellent

The representatives are always very friendly and helpful. This is my go to for shipping and marketing materials.

Jaiden and Dez were slammed when I was in the store. Notarizing, return packages, email printing etc. Rarely do I write reviews. These you men well well mannered and made every effort to be efficient. Kuddos! Again I only write well deserved reviews.

The staff here is great! They are always so helpful and over the top. The store manager Kamden is doing a great job educating his team. I live in McKinney and come all the way to Anna just for their customer service!

Awesome staff, super friendly and polite! They always go that extra mile to package our items carefully so they don’t get damaged in transit. It’s by far the best UPS store we’ve ever used.

I had such an amazing experience here! I needed help making copies on Friday and Mercedez was there to help me! Customer service was incredible! 10/10 reccomend.

I am in there quite often. Actually, in and out in a matter of minutes. They are fast, efficient and always friendly. I mostly return Amazon orders or make copies and have no issues. Great location too.

I made an Amazon return at this location and failed to correctly read the return instructions. The store team member who helped me was very understanding, re-explained the process to me, and offered me the option of printing my label at the store for a small fee, or returning later with my own label. I chose to print in the store, and the small fee charged for this service was well worth the time and trouble it saved me had I chosen to return home and print my own label. Lesson learned - read the directions! *insert facepalm here*

I've been to this location a few times since they opened and have had awesome service time and time again. Recently I needed a last minute notary and Michael was able to assist me swiftly.

He also made a copy of my drivers license and gave me a UPS envelope to use, even though my prepaid label was for FedEx.

So grateful for the awesome customer service this team has. Will definitely be back again soon.
