Spice & Grain

Spice & Grain has become my favorite spot!! So convenient to have in my town and a great selection. The local meats, dairy, and produce are great, and I love that I can fill all my grains in reusable jars! Never sift through your expired spice cabinet again, get the amount you need so that you can have fresh spices with every meal! Plus the nitro cold brew coffee is a must while you shop around!

Love having this store in our town! They carry a good variety of items, from fresh bread and produce, to frozen foods and pantry items, plus bulk grains and spices. I can almost always find what I’m looking for, and if they don’t have it, they’ll try to get it for you. And did I mention the amazing cheeses?

Would be awesome if he'd consider adding a small fresh-baked goods section that would cater to those with intolerances. I'm sure there's plenty of experienced bakers out there that he could hire to bake in the shop kitchen (cough cough meeee)! :P

Comprehensive bulk dry goods, spices, frozen natural foods. Solid selection of perishables -- seasonal fruits and veggies, dairy products. Extremely good cold brew on tap. Haven't tried the kombucha but have that on tap as well. Great place to stop to pick up treats and goodies for a gathering/party/picnic, as they have a small but well curated selection of packaged and fresh baked goods, cured meats, etc. Prices are fair given the quality of the product and the convenience of not having to leave town for groceries.

Great selection of specialty foods, bulk ingredients and spices. Quickly became a weekly stop for local milk in the glass bottle (insanely good) and bread. They stock a freezer selection of meat and fish in addition to some veggies. Looking forward to seeing what other local farm products they’ll stock this summer. I’ve already discovered a bunch of new favorites that I otherwise wouldn’t have seen (like the amazing blueberry jam from Maine!).

Great little grocery store. They may not have exactly what you're looking for, but they'll have something else great to substitute with. I like to think that you don't choose your groceries here, your groceries choose you. Big emphasis on locally sourced and organic products, tons of dry bulk, fantastic coffee. Very personable employees. No other place like it in the area!

I love Spice & Grain, the store carries unusual items, things I could not find anywhere else, the best is the sour cream. I love all the bulk items, especially the elderberries, and the teas! Best store around! I hope to see many new items as the year progresses! Thank you for your wonderful store!

Spice and Grain is exactly the type of business that breathes life into a community. The products are exciting, diverse and its so nice to be able to find rare products without having to go into the city. The owners are kind, friendly and work very hard to offer high quality local products. The coffee is great and Kombucha on tap??? Uhh yes please!!

Fabulous array of wonderful local food! Vegetables, cheeses, butter, meats, breads and pastries along with coffee and grains. Such a gem to have in town.

What a gem of a shop- always new items to try alongside shelf staples and I appreciate the ability to buy in bulk and limit wasteful packaging.
