Every time I go to this Sherwin Williams store I am able to get what I am looking for. Online orders are filled quickly and the associates are all very helpful and friendly. Brandon went above and beyond for me. This is my go to store and I’d recommend Sherwin Williams for any paint project.

The Hue Brother opened its service three years ago. We prefer SW because of the quality of its products. In addition, the service received, especially at the Washtenaw Ave store, is supreme. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very approachable. Brandon is a great team leader and has always helped me and guided me when I have questions or concerns. The rest of the staff is quite helpful as well. Big hurrah for Devon Dendritic, Josiah, and the rest of the crew!

There was one person behind the counter when I walked in, and I was the second customer through the door. Moments later, Liam walked in and before he was even behind the counter, he greeted me and asked if I had been helped. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the full line of options, asked about the material I would be painting over (drywall or old paint?), looked at my pictures and evaluated the color I wanted to purchase to make sure I was getting what I needed. This superior customer service has certainly gained a customer for life; I’m highly impressed and looking forward to doing the other six rooms of my home with your help!

Very personable and helpful lady at the front counter was able to get me the exact color i specifically needed. Took the time to look through her records to find out the type of paint the painter used for my new home. Got it home and it was a perfect match!

Service is fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend getting your paint from Sherwin-Willams over a big-box store. And an added bonus is the paint is extremely high quality; even if painting with a light color over a dark color, the coverage is incredible.

Kim took me from start to finish on my basement project and provided expertise and valuable tips on coating 3 different surfaces. The experience you get at Sherwin Williams is far and away better than big box stores, and the most important thing is the project gets done right, saving time and money in the long run. I've used many paints over the years. Found myself slowly migrating from the economy paints toward better and better paint. Sherwin Williams (not the less expensive HGTV brand) is now one of my favorites. They all work, it comes down to the details.

- Job specific details like what you're covering and existing conditions.
- Performance details of the finished work and how much that matters (you can find physical test results). How often you want to change colors and how much abuse the paint will receive.
- Application details: How easy is it to make it look great, how it spreads and cuts in edges, how it dries, amount of solids in the paint(how many times do I have to cut in edges). The friendlier to work with makes a faster and better job, and less ladder/scaffold time.

Now I just go to Sherwin Williams and know the details will be working in my favor.

Excellent service from the manager Andy. Very helpful in paint selection while working on two projects. Sometimes the store is busy and usually only has one person working, so it can take a while to get in and out.

These folks could not have been more helpful and the selection of both paint and tools is excellent!

Just buying a gallon or two of paint for a living room doesn't demonstrate the product knowledge of Andy and team that is clearly the differentiator from big box stores where you can buy paint. I am confident that I have the right paint for my unique application and they took the time to help me devise a strategy. Will be coming back often.
