Loved working with this company to create a custom buckle! Buckle is great quality and exactly what I wanted. Staff was excellent at communication and was very helpful with all my questions and sending mock-ups of the buckle to make sure it’s everything was correct before production. I custom ordered a saddle, and it’s absolutely perfect. It came in a very timely manor, and I was able to split the payments up. It came missing one off billet and I contacted Sheridan and they immediately shipped me a new one. I have nothing but good things to say about them and am so happy I finally have a well fitting saddle. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I recommend the Sheridan Rope Saddles. Fits horses well and comfortable to ride in. Customer service was great and Wade took the time and talked me through the saddle making process, workmanship, and breaking them. From payment to delivery was 3days for the pre-made. Highly recommended for a nice saddle at a very reasonable price.

I ordered three custom items recently for Christmas gifts. I missed the Christmas delivery deadline by a couple weeks. To my surprise, all three pieces were delivered at my door nearly three weeks before Christmas! All three were stunning and even better than I expected. My contacts and conversations with their employees were great, packaging was excellent, and I will absolutely be recommending them.

I surprised my son and his football teammates with buckles made by Sheridan and they are a huge hit!!! Pictures cannot due them justice. If I can give them a higher rating than 5/5, I would!!!

Having doubts about ordering a buckle for our farm I ordered a test buckle, my doubts were tossed to the side once it arrived. I can't tell you the countless positive comments about the buckle, so I ordered a second buckle for my wife. I'm sure when it arrives, it'll be just as awesome as the first.

Absolutely amazing products! I saw their ad on Facebook and ordered a buckle for my sister in law thinking it would be nice but more of a novelty. It came in last week and it exceeded my expectations by a 1000! It is of the nicest buckles I have ever seen!!

Excellent service, the saddle was shipped out the same day I ordered it and I received it in less than a weeks time. The saddle fit the horse beautifully, it was very comfortable, it is a gorgeous saddle with sunflower tooling. I roped in it the first day and loved it!!! Ordered six buckles for my veterans nonprofit clay shoot tournament. They did an outstanding job and had a great turnaround time. Had to order another buckle for a sponsor after these buckles shipped and they made sure they put a rush order on them. I highly recommend. The only thing I would add is if they could get back a little quicker for call backs, but other than that they are outstanding!
