Walgreens

Since moving, we have tried several pharmacies in the South Asheville location and this Walgreens is miles ahead of everyone else! They are accurate, helpful, convenient and most of all they actually care about their customers. We had some bad, and I mean really bad, experiences with multiple CVS locations and at least one other walgreens before we found this location. So thankful to have found them and we appreciate their care and professionalism very much!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years and have found it to be very user friendly. Much better than my previous pharmacy. They have always taken care of my prescription needs when or before I needed them. I find the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The auto prescription refill system doesn’t always work like it should but I hope it takes some burden off the employees which I believe it is intended to do. These are good folks doing a difficult job to say the least.

I want to commend your employee Nathan today. He greeted everyone, was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Such is the state of the world, that I was a bit shocked for a minute that he was so pleasant. Please keep him, promote him, and appreciate him. That kind of vitality is not seen often in this world!

Stopped in to get a few items. There was a small line which didn't bother me. A very nice girl with tattoos immediately jumped up front and opened up the second register to help me. She was very helpful and polite

I never have a problem with the pharmacy. The only time I had a problem was when one of the male employees called me ugly for no reason while he rang me up at the register. I don't remember his name, but I do remember his face.

Other than that one incident, I always have a great experience there.

Been moving my scripts here. So close to home. One girl at checkout (not in pharmacy) had a little attitude or day but other than that it's always very clean and you can always find someone to ask for help.

Wife got her 1st and 2nd Covid19 Vaccination shots here. Went well, very nice and they finished quickly.

Pharmacy team delivers wonderful customer service every time I go!

I've had good service here. Staff has always been pleasant to speak with and never rude. Seem to be pretty knowledgeable.

I'm here every week for my medicine, great service, kind people and I'm normally in and out.
