The awesome folks in the front helped me get set up with their rewards card. I saved $5 off my purchase, and paid a lot less for the item than I would have at a nearby store. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this particular Big Lots. I’ve been trying to find a specific patio set for weeks with no luck at my local Big Lots. To my surprise, Arden NC received one this week and I called and spoke with Rob. He was busy at the time but went out of his way to double check the availability and call me back with the good news.. they still had it! He placed it on hold for me overnight so that I could pick it up today. I traveled 100 miles this morning and the lady in furniture (I don’t recall her name) was patient with me while I retrieved my coupon and helped me load the VERY heavy boxes into my car. First class service at this location, thank you! Looking forward to enjoying my new patio set. 😃

Love to shop at Big Lots. They have a lage variety of items to chose from. I went for a larger container for my Yorkie Poo's toys, and found the perfect one out od a selection of several sizes and styles.

We buy all of our furniture here. The customer service is phenomenal, and you can find great items for your home and garden at bargain prices. Update: just bought furniture for our third time at this Big Lots with their progressive leasing program. The staff is so helpful and even helped us load everything up!

I love the big lots clearance isle! Also the prices on their rugs are great!! I found a 7×10 rug for 129$ it's huge !

I like shopping at Big Lots I buy a lot of storage containers there they have a nice selection I've organizers. They've been carrying more and more organic food items which I buy a lot of.

Went into get a tree and had my heart set on one that i found on their site I looked but couldn't find when i asked an employee they took the time and found the last of the tree super friendly and nice i am always shopping at this location
