I was just in this beautiful wonderful hardware store. They have everything you could imagine and so reasonably priced . I have been a patron there for a while but this caused me to make this post . their transplants are the best and store is the best and so reasonably priced. now to their service their service is impeccable to their customers!! I am very Ada and the service I received was so gracious and so compassionate I can't say enough but thank you to the store owner and employees. Your store is the best of the best and you guys are the best of the best. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great little hardware store, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are eager to help. Competitive rates to even some of the bigger stores. Certain things even at a discount. It's definitely worth the visit if you need hardware store or lawn and garden items or propane refills!

Today my husband and I stopped at Ace Hardware (in Mullins), Tractor Supply and Terry’s Hardware in Conway. Hands down Terry’s Hardware had the best customer service. All of their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning to their store!!

Terry's hardware truly does "do it best"! They have a great selection of products at competitive prices. The store is not big and intimidating, but is packed with essentials. The best thing about Terry's is the staff! They go out of their way to help in any way they can. I feel like I've known them for years, and this was just my second trip. I highly recommend them⭐

Love this place. Immediate and extremely helpful customer service every time I walk in the door. Surprisingly expansive selection. I am a valued person and not just a random customer at this store.

I ran here in a bind because my car key had been giving me trouble for months but it then caused my car battery to die! not only did they cut me a new key & program a new one, they fixed my old one too so I could hold on to it. & severely undercharged me! super happy with the treatment & service we got today!!

Awesome customer service! They even stayed late for me about 10 min just to pick up a part. Hometown feel and charm. I’ll shop here whenever possible over the big box.

Had a very old plumbing flex pipe. They did not carry it. Salesman Clint Hardwick said he didn't know of any place That would carry it. Clint told me he could put 2 attachments to a flex pipe he has in stock and it work like a charm. I could imagine being at Lowes or Home depot..If you could find someone to wait on you they would just be there to tell you about the name brand.

They are the friendliness and funny bunch out there. That make it easy to find what you are looking for. They all are knowledgeable and eager to help. This hardware store has everything you may need, and a lot of thing you can't find at the big box stores.

Clint Hardwick is just awesome, watched him tell a lady who was PREPARED to spend between $800-$1200 dollars on a hot water heater, that it should be able to be fixed for under $200. Warmed my heart to see someone keep a homeowner from being ripped off by shady repairman.
