✨Matt, Morgan, and Mr. Cecil✨took the time to help my wife build a project out of PVC pipe! It was no ordinary project… she wanted to build a “body” for sally (nightmare before Christmas) we had the head and arms and wanted her to be able to stand next to her love (13ft Jack Skellington) 💗 It took some time and with their help, it’s going to bring so much joy to my wife and others when we decorate. Thank you again will bring in pictures once it’s all set up!! You three are the best!!

Ordered a new stove and vent hood. Huge kudos to everyone that provided assistance!! Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping us order the stove we wanted and trying to get my husband’s military discount added to his account . Trina, Melissa and J W also went above and beyond providing assistance. There were difficulties with the website dealing with the military and they went out of their way providing exceptional customer service! Great team!

The Regency Home Depot is one of the very best Home Depots I've ever been in. We moved south 3 years ago from north georgia, where we feel we had the best HD, but this one at Regency was awesome and the people were friendly and helpful...the H D where we live in Brunswick, Ga, is the worst one I've ever been in!!!!!!!

I honestly never really have a problem finding what I need here. And if I have a question there are enough staff to help me. Lowe’s on the other hand seems like no one works there or something.

Helpful staff, always has the things I've needed. It's my local home Depot. I've returned tools without hassle. Nothing bad to report on

Amazingly kind and friendly staff. Went there twice in one day and wasn’t disappointed either time. Even the customers were great. A random guy offered to help me load some pavers when he saw me loading them all alone. Thank you kind sir and Home Depot staff.

Best customer service I have every gotten at a Home Depot before! Everyone was super nice but I have to give a shout out to Mike Warren. He went above and beyond for my husband and I and helped us feel comfortable during our process of buying floors for our new house. I came in worried and left relieved. I can't brag on him enough... he was truly amazing!!

Carl was the best! He helped us with purchasing a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We were so happy with the customer service and inventory. 2nd review Aug. 14, 2023, Valerie at customer service was excellent along with Nick in the trimmer section.

Rented a rug doctor and the gentleman closing the rental area was gracious enough to allow us to return it with minutes to spare! What excellent customer service! Rug Doctor was rented July 2nd 2023

Only Homedepot where you can find employees that will help, and friendly. Pretty big store.

We go every month for their free kids workshop. We love it! The guy in charge is awesome with the kids and we have so much fun building and painting with them and the finished projects are always so cute. It’s nice to not have that mess at home.

It’s a great store to find almost everything you need to fix your house up. I was a long time Lowe’s shopper but Lowe’s is more expensive. I didn’t want to believe it, but it’s true. I’ll drive the extra mile to save money.

Cecil was very helpful in the plumbing section.

I visited Home Depot earlier this week to buy a water softener and would like to commend the service and amazing assistance I received from a delightful young man named Alex : sadly I neglected to find out his surname but he could not have been more helpful nor wonderful .
He was extremely well spoken, courteous and went out of his way to walk me through the whole process ; ending my visit by personally loading the water softener into my car .
I’m so sorry not to have caught his last name but what I do remember is that he was originally of Puerto Rican heritage and was working his way through a chemical engineering degree in his spare time .
Big shout out to someone who made my day and convinced me to always try Home Depot first in the future !
