Huge improvement!

Starting with the staff, this store is a great spot for gifts all year long. This, without 'employees with attitudes ' at similar locations.

Great selection of up to date and modern products. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I don’t know whats with all the hate on Carol I shop at that store almost everyday and she’s the nicest person and always helps me when ever I ask her for anything. I’m a returning customer because of the great customer service I would not shop there if anyone who worked there was mean to me

Staff are nice and generally know about the different items. I'm never disappointed when I go and whenever a deal applies to an item they notify me.

Now for some people that can get annoying and that is understandable but it has saved me a couple dollars, along with allowing me more Lee way in wanting more.

It's just the way it's always been. Nice helpful staff. Those items you just can't get anywhere else.

This place had great customer service, good deals. They sell jewelry for piercings/plugs, band t-shirts, or just really cool and nice shirts in general, and the also sell collectables and a bit of make up although I've never persinally tried. They do really have nice facemasks for sale for the current pandemic and are really good at following the rules when it comes to social distancing and not allowing many people at the store at a time but they will have long lines to enter if you come at rush hour.

First time at the Santa Anita mall and it was fruitful to walk in to hot topic that day I got two Tinkerbell Funko pops unfortunately one wasn't a CHASE but that's ok 0 these are awesome #FunkCholos #StopePops #StopeSupports

Nice store and the employees are very helpful too. Only problem is that they were out of stock of what we were looking for but they promised to get more of what we wanted right away. Good service and great selection.

Omg the best hot topic but not the best funko pops. The workers are so nice. She gave me 3 hot cashes even though we didnt pay 90 dollars minus tax. U guys are awesome.

Hot topic is amazing they have everything you need for young kids to adults but more do you want it's a place to go for everyone keep up the good work

Staff is super helpful and willing to help. Helpful tip I would recommend online pick up ordering since the line can be very long.
