Independent auto parts store in Avon, NY. Picked-up a quart of 5W/30 motor oil for our VW Touareg TDI to clear an infotainment message.

The staff is polite and helpful. Their prices also beat other places I tried.

The lady that works there is super rude, this store is overpriced and never has the parts I need. I’m surprised anyone goes here. I also see how they treat their neighbors always yelling at them it’s crazy.

The Manager is a complete dush bag, blames employees for commercial accounts closing. Talks bad about some of the commercial accounts that are with them. Starts talking about politics in the middle of the store. Then yells at customers that don’t completely understand what there looking for. Then talks bad about the DM and why he’s right and they’re wrong.

Needed to replace pads and rotors on a customer vehicle, which were still under warranty (just over a year old) and they refused to warranty them because " we don't do enough business with them anymore". Talk about standing behind your guarantee.
