Big Lots

This is the better of the two stores closest to me. It's bigger and seems more orderly than the other nearby store. I don't generally have a list when I go to Big Lots - we don't often get fliers from them, so don't know what new items they get in, or what's on sale. Because of this I generally stop at a big lots when I happen to be in the area and have time. I shopped there a lot more often when we received their fliers.... Still a good store for cheaper prices on goods. I'll continue to shop there as long as they're available.
Update: The Green Garden store is now all furniture, although there were a few Christmas items at half-price. I looked at some good-sized glass containers that I was considering buying, but not one of the four had a price on it, nor was there a price on the shelf. It's always been my motto that I won't take anything to the checkout without a price on it. Several others next to these on the shelf were also without prices, although at least one in each group had a price, so you at least knew how much they were. My original reason for stopping was to look for a lamp with the special "natural" bulbs, but they had very few lamps and none with the special "natural" light. I did, however, find an immersion blender that I hope to be able to use for many years, so not a wasted trip.

Clean organized store w good inventory. The Manager was very helpful, I believe his name is Ron??? Not sure but cool guy. The cashier was also very pleasant I believe Marianne??? Bad w names but it was about 5:30 pm. There was also a guy who helped that was getting off his shift. Overall very pleasant team

They were awesome! Nate, Rob and Tina. I was a regional director of retail for over 20 yrs. They honestly have restored my faith in great customer service. Keep it up guys!

It's always clean ,well organized and stocked.
The Associates are so nice especially one (sorry i don't have her first name) she's so friendly , sweet and caring and she bagged my purchase so neatly and organized.
I reccomend this location to anyone who loves to shoppe at Big Lots .

I was greeted as i entered. Questions answered with patience and professionalism. The Mgr. was busy with another customer but took a moment to make sure I was satisfied with my questions. I noticed as soon as possible he was back at customer service for the other customer. Without any doubts this location is all about satisfied customers!!

The employees in the store were very helpful. The store has been remodeled, BEAUTIFUL! They also have a new wheelchair for the customers to use, awesome. The manager, Kerry was very kind and helpful on the phone. I will definitely be back to shop for more.

I love shopping at Big Lots they have everything you need there and for less but some things are pricey but other things are low priced love this store.

Today is 20% off for Rewards Members. Tomorrow it is 20% off for everyone. The store was not crowded. I needed a SD card for my scanner. All they had was the USB type. That would work fine for the computer but not the scanner.

Basic Big Lots. Well stocked.

They changed everything first they change their logo which is like a sleek black color now, and then when you go inside the place the furniture is the first thing you see which is probably good because they do sell good furniture, I think sometimes people don't make it all the way to the back of the store to see the furniture but it's pretty nice, anyway they reconfigure the whole place and it's very different but it's good change is good

Large clean well organized store with friendly courteous service. Large variety of inventory highly recommended... will be sure to return.

Best big lots going. Beyond clean and organized. Plenty of room, nothing crammed on shelves or laying around. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was checkout and met the most wonderful employee named iris. She was so polite and helpful and was a wonderful woman. God bless her

Mike the Lead furniture rep was very helpful and friendly. He was honest and relatable. I've very happy with our experience @ this store because of Mike.

Nice clean organized, friendly staff, easy to navigate with wide aisles. Good selection of stuff along with great prices. This is my go to Big Lots.
