This crew is always very helpful and it doesn't feel like typical GameStop "preorder 500 things please even though you only walked in here for a $10 game". They also ensure you leave happy and with what you wanted, even if it means working a little harder to find it. For example my son and I enjoy Pokemon together and they pointed me toward some clearance toys and a very hard to find pre release card box that yielded some fantastic pulls. This was not because I asked they remembered from a previous visit making it feel more like a hobby shop than a GameStop which a very good thing.

This store is under New Management as of 2 weeks ago, and it's improved. It is difficult to get in and out of this location depending on which direction you come from. There is always a lot of traffic in this area it is a very highly utilized set of stores. In which there are many other major stores in the area bringing even more customers and traffic. The store is clean and does offer handicap access

Never have I walked into a store and been greeted with such wonderful service in my life. Not even 20 seconds after I walked in, i was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I did ask for help, they knew exactly where everything was and what I needed. When I went to checkout, the employee on the register was so nice and very patient as i gave him 2 gift cards he couldn't scan but had to enter manually (sorry!). He then asked me if I had a GameStop card and if I wanted to sign up for one, which is always a good thing to ask. I signed up for one and then proceeded out of the store with my goods and extremely satisfied.

I could go to any gamestop in town but I go here because of the workers. Particularly Brendan and Andrew. Who make every visit awesome. They can answer any question and are extremely fun to talk to. Definitely brings back the feel of how Gamestop used to be back in the day. Fun, casual and a place where you feel welcome. Keep up the great work.

The staff are always friendly and informed on the latest games. I have a good experience going there 99% of the time. The managers are always accommodating to my gaming names without trying me to buy things that do not fit my interests. Great store!

The staff is great at restocking, and very kind when it comes to customer support. I once had a worker wait on the phone for half an hour to get me a refund and thanked him profusely afterwards

I'm always worried that this place is going to close with everything going digital. I never the less enjoy this place they have a great selection of used games with fair prices. I always seem to find great and pleasant help here as well

Always do good at tje local game stop ill be glued to my tv the next few months bought 1 game this time loads of fun coming my way cant wait. Well worth the membership with all the savings you can get.

First off it's a Gamestop so understand the pros and cons before going there. I like this particular one a lot because of the helpful employees and abundance of used games and equipment.

Solid location with the selection you would expect. I could fuss about no retro games but I'd probably be the only person buying Sega Saturn games. Ha! Now if only they'd stop with the pre orders and upselling. No I don't want a two year warranty on a game.

Went in to find a game and the guy that helped us was nice and helped us find the game..we waited a little while but was great service and timely manner of help.

This is my go-to video game store. The staff is super chill and will talk to you about anything. My one complaint is Gamestop's nationwide policy of trying to upsell. It gets a bit tiresome.
