Customer service goes a long way. Their customer service was wonderful. I had a few questions and didn't have to walk all over the store just to find someone to ask my quiries. They made the sale for me. They made my buying experience a pleasure and helped me to make the right choice. I will definitely go back to Shoe Carnival.

They had their early Black Friday deals. I was able to get my daughter and I some cute matching fuzzy boots for Christmas. Plus got to spin the wheel and saved even more money. The service was great.

They always have a good sale going on. Sign up for the rewards program and most of the time you get to spin the wheel to get more $ off of your purchases! The employees always make sure you're finding what your looking for. Only place in town I grab my shoes at.

Great place to get name brand shoes for a cheaper price than most other places. They have a great selection and a very friendly staff. This usually where I come for shoes because I can get a great pair of shoes that will last me awhile.

We went there to exchange my husbands shoes because he had only had them for two months and they were falling apart and they were so awesome about exchanging them. They made it so easy and were very helpful.
