Still the same place it was when we were kids, home of members only jackets and those bugle boy jeans we were wearing. I was surprised that this place open right next-door to Chuck E. Cheese, I mean come on. I feel like a little kid again… my kids are like I don’t wanna go to Chuck E. Cheese some thing about five nights in Freddys idk smh

Feeling all nostalgic remember Izod they have everything here. I was seriously in and out with my order pick up Tanya was exceptionally courteous, fast and funny.

Thank you to all the staff of the women's department. ❤ My 80+ grandmother enjoyed her shopping and the customer service was amazing. Thank you to the young gal in the dress department, your service and care to answering an old woman's questions on dresses and sweaters was 5-star top service during a super busy holiday rush. Okay haven't been to a j c penneys in a while But they have the most amazing dresses here for date night or special occasion. But they have something for everybody. Great customer service and everybody is really friendly.

Ms Audrey in the jewelry department was outstanding!! She went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé find our dream wedding rings! We got the perfect ring and the price was absolutely wonderful!!! Her knowledge her love & care she gave us was incredible! I am sooo happy we were able to have her assist us and be able to share this special moment with us! 10/10 customer service!! Thank you ms Audrey you have truly been a blessing to us! I am totally being intentional about making this review...
Good citizenship, character and manners are hard to come by all at once in many stores or businesses these days. Sad but true. My hope for humanity has been renewed a little bit more after visiting this store last week.
Long story short, a customer who happened to be a mama, was checking out her purchases with one hand as she was doing her best to find her wallet and pay while balancing a baby on her hip. The cashier grabbed her payment from her, wrapped up her items and came around the counter, bags in hand, and asked if she could help her take her stuff to her car for her. This customer was shocked...and gladly accepted. I could tell right there that whatever that Mama was going through right before that seemed to be made a little lighter by this cashiers kind deed.
A perfect example of understanding that we never know what someone else may be going through. Be kind.

I was there on a mission to get everything I needed for my bathroom and curtains for 3 windows and I did exactly that. I spent $178.00 but saved over $200.00 my husband was so happy & I was so proud of myself because I do not like to shop.

We always find what we're looking for, and they have great sales and special promotions. The fitting rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and a little updating, but I was pleasantly surprised at how sincerely friendly and helpful the staff was! There were always sales associates near by on the floor to help us find our size/style, they were knowledgeable about their products and the locations of their merchandise, and they genuinely wanted to be helpful!

Great prices on mens clothes

I went to several stores looking for diamond earrings for my wife for Christmas. Lots of those stores never asked if I needed help or greeted me or when they did help they were too busy trying to help other people at the same time, nothing wrong with that but they never checked back in with me. I went to JCPenny and Sheri J at the jewelry counter was very helpful she showed me several diamond earrings and never left me hanging or ignored me to help other customers. I was very happy with my experience with Sheri and JCPenny. Will definitely go back there.

Primally use the photo studio but walking around they got me with all the clearance!

The store was clean, pleasantly quiet with many sales. Hard to see how this,store survives. Each time I stop in, I don't think there are even ten cimustomers in the store at any one time.

I haven't been to a JC Penny in a while but it was great. The employees were very nice and helpful, the store was clean and organized and there were multiple employees walking around offering assistance and actively keeping everything nice. I'll definitely go back.

Love this store! We've been shopping here for years. With the price of everything skyrocketing you can still get a great bargain at Penny's. And there's even a coupon you can often use on their website. I still prefer to shop in person not on line, especially for clothing and shoes. If we don't support the few stores that are left they'll all end up closing their doors like so many already have. Shop local, shop with your family, and make it fun😊

I absolutely LOVE this store. This store has a bunch of clothes to choose from. The employees here are very nice and helpful. I suggest you come to this store, especially with the great deal going on for the month of July. This month (July) is Black Friday month, so come here for awesome deals! Some of the jeans and suits are buy one and get one for 1 cent. That's a pretty good deal!

Every time I've been here the employees are helpful. I also went to Sephora, it's always so busy but I have to say there is a girl that is very professional and super helpful. She was the only one there at the time she amazed me, she was taking care of customers on the floor and checking out. Her name is Candace. She kept her cool and was so sweet to all the customers. Definitely will be going back.

Quality clothes at reasonable prices: for the whole family. I got a shirt for my Dad for Christmas. Great selection: lots to choose from.
