Hotel built in an ancient house with rooms maintained with antiquity, nice clean facility, excellent service and 24x7 support, breakfast with variety of delicacies, all major tourist sites within walking distance..with plenty of restaurants, shopping areas in proximity..

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! The hotel is an old traditional one, very well maintained, with nice staff and an unique vibe. Breakfast takes place in an amazing room or on the terrace if you want and it delicious, especially the omelet. I highly recommend it for everyone who want an authentic experience.

This was by far the best guest house I stayed in while I was travelling in Uzbekistan. The manager was very welcoming and hospitable. The private room was quite big and the breakfast was excellent. While I felt like I could have spent less time in Bukhara vs Khiva, I still enjoyed my stay here. I can highly recommend Komil Boutique.

I loved the place and can recommend it!

Komil and staff are nice and warm people, trying to do their best to make your stay awesome.
Breakfast (buffet) was delicious with plenty of options. Don’t be afraid to try some local dishes that they serve there (e.g. syrnyky), they are awesome.
Rooms and halls are nicely decorated, each has its own style.
Location was also good, safe (actually it is safe everywhere) and close to the city center.

Very cool cosy hotel in an old house. It has its own atmosphere and style. Don’t expect a modern building but rather an old one with all its flaws and nice things. Breakfast was very good and rich, staff was super nice, gave us recommendations on what to try out or where to buy souvenirs for good price. Rooms were clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend.

My stay at Komil Bukhara Boutique Hotel was absolutely great 🇺🇿. I have chosen this hotel due to the beautiful decorations and mosaics. Each room has a different theme, and the owner is very warm and professional, allowing me to tour the facility. The hotel appears to be the top choice among visitors to Bukhara since it is also listed on many tour companies' itineraries. Excellent location, close to the city's main attractions by foot. The personnel were very professional and courteous.

I would like to share my impressions of Mr. Komil.
I ordered all the land arrangements with Komil, including transportation in a private vehicle, including overnight stays and guides at each site.
Komil kept all his promises and throughout the whole process showed extraordinary care. Every day called to check that everything is going well and I am satisfied.
His hotel is an excellent place in a perfect location and has a charming atmosphere that matches the place.
In short, from the bottom of my heart. The decision to hire his services was the winning decision

Komil hotel, named after the owner, is a charming space with more than 30 rooms. The dining room is the original room from the late 1800s. Absolutely stunning. Komil combines the best of East and West hospitality. He is a hands-on owner and is present in the reception area every day. He studied and lived in the United States, speaks English, and offers a variety of services for the guests. I cannot more highly recommend this place. It is close to the main square, very quiet even when the hotel is full, and the breakfast is sublime.

By far the best Hotel in Bukhara. The friendliest hosts you’ll find. The complex is old and traditional but you have everything you need. Breakfast and service is amazing and rooms are equipped with good Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning for the hot summers. I highly recommend to come here if you ever find yourself in Bukhara, you will not regret it. In fact you’ll love it and will count the days until you can come back!

We arrived late to the train station and had arranged for a driver through the property. He was very nice and was a student at the university in town. The hotel was in a good location, on the edge of the old town and was only a few minutes walk to arrive at the main attractions. The room was really nice with heated floors throughout, as all evening we had been rained on in Samarkand. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and selections. The staff was helpful and called for a taxi for us to go back to the train station. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel (content for Instagram guaranteed 😄) and very welcoming and accommodating staff! Komil (the owner) very involved and very interested in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Helped us with a taxi to Buchara and other little things.

Wouldn’t suggest to take massage, it wasn’t bad but definitely not professional (comparing to specialized spas and massage places).

Can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel. The rooms - both guestrooms and the dining hall - are beautifully decorated. It would be even better if the dining hall could be restored to its original glory as it looks a little worn. Breakfast is a short buffet line that is regularly replenished. Reception staff are friendly, helpful, and can communicate in English well enough. As with most small hotels/B&Bs in Uzbekistan rooms on the upper floor can only be accessed by stairs i.e. no lift. Those travelling with elderly might want to opt for rooms on the ground floor. Wifi can be slow but is usually better in the lobby.

Very comfortable, amenities as pictured. Convenient location. Staff was very helpful, and helped us book train tickets, taxis, call restaurants, etc. Just a note, they accept cash only, they do not accept credit cards but there is an ATM 10 mins walk away.

Excellent place. Very very good.

Beautiful, quaint and authentic place, well maintained and with lots of character. Not a modern luxury environment but everything - from fridge to wifi to electricity to shower etc - works. Works really well. Wifi is fast, but wobbly. They do laundry. I have not used the TV but they do have satellite.

The whole place is very clean. It is located in a non-descript little street in a sort of maze, just a short walk from the old city centre (which is not so small actually). The hotel is maze-like too.

Staff is very kind, talkative and speaks English. They are eager to help, really pleasant people.

There are all sorts of drinks, and I guess food too (the latter I did not try). Breakfast is excellent, in one of the most beautiful dining rooms I have ever seen. Inexpensive, everything, to ‘Western’ standards.

The rooms are very nice, colorful.

Outside of winter, the terraces must be a delight to spend time on.

Just one little remark: temperature. The floor heating works in overdrive. In the bathroom, the floor bakes the soles of one’s feet. There is no way to lower the heat - other than opening a window... There is air conditioning though.

Excellent B&B experience. Impressive interior decoration based on a historic building, especially the dining room (what an experience eating there!). Staffs speak good English and always helpful. The room is also nice. WIFI is only available in the lounge.

It’s fascinating when a hotel you stay at is part of history itself! We were lucky to discover Komil Boutique Bukhara Hotel.

This family owned hotel has been welcoming guests in their 19th century ancestral home for almost two decades. They have preserved a 19th century grand room in its original condition (no restoration), and it serves as the hotel’s dining room (see photo 4). You literally eat your breakfast in that old beautiful room that could be a museum on its own. The hotel is in the historic neighborhood, just 200 meters from Labi Hovuz and all attractions. The owner and staff are very hospitable and helpful.
-
The room rates are surprisingly inexpensive. Maybe because it’s low season now, but almost all rooms were occupied, whereas other bigger hotels were practically empty.
-
Check out Komil Boutique Bukhara Hotel next time you visit Bukhara.
