Nazira Boutique Hotel

We spent three nights at this hotel and everything was just wonderful. The owner is very friendly and enjoys communicating with guests, telling them a little about the city and his hotel. Excellent breakfast and wonderful view on the terrace, especially in the evening. Thank you very much, I will recommend it to all my friends

A wonderful family owned hotel. It is in the old town so the location is perfect. The hotel is cosy, super clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast is great.
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to come to Khiva.

Nazira ticks all the boxes!
The owner and his two English-speaking sons are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The guest house used to be their family home so they take very good care of the place and their guests. The personal touch is what sets this family-run hotel apart from the rest.
The rooms are basic as you'd expect from a guest house, but perfectly adequate and clean. My only gripe is the low water pressure (I'm guessing it's the the same everywhere else in the old town)
Breakfasts are rich and varied but, as is the case with most hotel breakfasts in Uzbekistan, hot/cooked items are a rarity.
The location is unbeatable and the rooftop terrace affords beautiful views.
Nazira gets a hearty recommendation from me and my family!

The perfect family-run hotel in the very centre of Khiva. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet has lots of variety, and the view from the hotel’s rooftop is unbeatable. The family is very friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Amazing, they just opened in 2020. It used to be their home and made a guest house out of it but they are still living in a part of the house. The son Islam speaks English and helping out the family.

Great location, very clean with delicious breakfast. The host so nice, you can book the minibus to Urgench airport with good price. Highly recommended this guesthouse.

Almost every house in Ichan Kala is a guesthouse, so it's hard to know which one to choose. We chose Nazira for our 3 night, 3 room stay with 8 people, and we were very satisfied. Ruslan and his family were very kind and easy to work with. They arranged our airport transfer to and from Urgench as well as a day tour of the desert fortresses.

The breakfast was amazing each morning and always ready on time. In fact the food was so good, we asked them to prepare some other meals for us as well.

The terrace where breakfast is served looks over the main square. We were in town for the Lazgi Festival and had a better view of the state from the hotel terrace than people in the crowd.

The hotel has rooms available with 3 single beds, 2 single beds, or 1 large bed. A crib is also available upon request. Each room has a bathroom and a small writing table as well as a place to hang some clothes. The rooms aren't elaborate, but comfortable and nicely decorated.

The Wifi and air conditioner worked well. Our only complaint was low water pressure, but that might be a problem that's out of their control.

Nice charming place
I enjoyed staying there a lot. Clean, nice and warm place. Great breakfast. No noises.
Only if you expect a lot of recommendation it is difficult because of lack in English.
But family will do it best and run the extra mile to help

Nasira Boutique Hotel расположен во внутренней крепости Хивы. Ощущение потрясающее – ты живёшь в самом сердце памятника ЮНЕСКО, вокруг – улочки, здания и мастерские средневекового города!

В отеле очень тихо и чисто, номер по-домашнему нарядный - на полу яркий шерстяной коврик, на стене – объёмное тканевое панно из узбекского шёлка пастельных тонов, перекликающееся с декором холла. Постели удобные, спать комфортно. Мы были зимой, в мороз – и радовались уютному теплу! На лето в номере предусмотрен кондиционер. В санузле всё безотказно работает, расходники в должном количестве

На завтрак – многочисленные национальные блюда, горячие, свежие, вкусные, ужин – просто потрясающий! На столе постоянно орехи, фрукты, бесподобное домашнее абрикосовое варенье, варенье из инжира, восточные сладости...

Хозяин отеля замечательно приветлив и гостеприимен, любая возникшая проблема с его помощью решается мгновенно.

가족이 경영하는게스트하우스식 호텔이어서 별 기대를
하지 아니했는데 이건 정말 대박이었슴.
가족 호텔 한계로 방내부 설비에는 모자람이 있었으나
이모든것을 주인가족의 따뜻함과 성실함으로 모든것을 잊게해줌.
깨끗한 방 안락한 침대 수압은 좀먁하지만 깨끗한화장실
그리고 충분한 조식. 각방 전기주전자없는 대신에 식당에
항시 온수가 준비되어있어 커피나 차를 마시기에 문제가없슴. 가성비 최고의 이 소텔을 강력히추천함.
그리고 히바 최고의 위치임을 보증함.
I strongly recommend you yo stay this "NAZIRA" !!!

El hotel está situado en el centro de Khiva, estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno es completo. Tuvimos un problema con el check-in, ya que nos indicaron que podríamos entrar antes y no fue así, de todos modos nos invitaron a desayunar y resolvieron la incidencia lo más rápido posible. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

룸이 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 스탭들이 매우 친절합니다~방이 좁을 거라 생각 했는데 그렇지 않습니다.아침 식사는 대우를 받는 밥상을 차려 주십니다 ~한국분들은 무조건 오셔야 합니다 ㅋ
