TYAN-SHAN CAFE

So this was our 3rd option for the cafe that evening. I have seen this place many times and wondered how it is inside, yet they have nice name. And fortunately it met all our needs. They work until 0400am, they sell alcohol drinks, they have a 2nd floor open area tables and we were lucky there was an available one with a great view. There were 5 of us. We ordered 4 rice soup (mastava), 2kg of grilled trout 2 juices, tae, bread and 1 shashleek. I didn't have soup but all my friends confirmed it was very delicious. The trout was rather dry, but it was well cooked, so was really delicious too, they add tomato sauce that is needless for this fish I would say. At the end I ordered 1 shashleek and it is very good. Overall my friend paid around 70usd (seemed little expensive to us). We didn't order alcohol here as we purchased it earlier from another shop nearby. WC is not free, 20 cents))
Upd 01feb24. I removed 1* as the BBQ trout they brought us wasn't well cooked,so we had to return for cooking. The waiter was eager to help, but wasn't able to serve efficient and fast enough, though there were only 3-4tables he served.

Amazing scenary and food. I'd highly recommend coming here and sitting down!

I've never eaten so delicious dishes in whole Uzbekistan.

Additionally they have fantastic staff (especially very nice waiter).
Waiters are so kind - they bring me butter from the grocery because they actually didn't have it.

I can recommend this restaurant to everybody - if you are in Charwag ("pyamides" sanatorium) and you would like to eat very good lunch or dinner - just go to TYAN-SHAN restaurant.

Additionally there is a very nice place, around green area and little waterfall inside restaurant.

Место классное, может, одно из двух лучших, где мы ели в Узбекистане.
Отличная кухня и бодрый сервис.
Можно рекомендовать лагман, салаты, бешбармак - из того, что пробовали.

С рыбными блюдами - не рисковал бы.

מסעדה באוירה מקומית אוכל אוטנטי טעים ומשביע מאד. חניה סמוכה למקום שירות מהיר ומעולה

Очень всё вкусно. Советую бешбармак, остановиться сложно 😋, порция большая ( 0,5). Обслуживание хорошее и быстрое. Лагман и шашлык 👍🏻. Чай не из пакетиков, а заварной 🙌
