Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh Resort

Stayed in the bungalow for the weekend. Great food, great service and free access to bikes and kayaks. National park was worth seeing and close the to resort. Bellman were friendly and happy to practise English. Nice to meet you Mark and thanks for your help throughout our stay (and the delicious coffee at breakfast). Second day it rained and we spent half the day in the steam room and sauna. Will tell all our American friends to visit when in the north of Vietnam. Thank you all for a wonderful few days.

This place was amazing! Backs right onto a national park and views of pristine mountains. The facilities are top notch and the food was the best we have had in vietnam (lunch was breathtaking and breakfast had a huge array of delicious Vietnamese classics.

The Vietnamese coffee there cannot be beaten full stop.

The staff were attentive to every need you had and more. As an Aussie, there was also another Aussie working there, Mark, who was the best receptionist/translator/friend we could ask for.

A must visit for anyone who wants a genuine Vietnamese getaway.

What a stunning resort with majestic mountainous sceneries and unique bamboo architectures and Vietnamese eye-catching lanterns. It is located near Cuc Phuong National Park suitable for those who love tranquil atmosphere and refreshing air. The staffs are friendly, enthusiastic, and always willing to support. I will definitely come back and recommend to others

Polite and friendly staff, big resort and free buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the gym and kayaking. Thanks for all the recommendations Mr Mark and for being so kind to me and my wife during our stay. Dinner menu needs a few more traditional dishes but overall the room had a fantastic view and we had a great few days. See you and the team soon.

Had a great weekend staying at this beautiful resort. We enjoyed the mineral bath and sauna on the rainy day and relaxed in the beautiful bamboo coffee shop.

Hidden oasis nestled between gorgeous mountains and a lake right outside our bungalow! Thank you to the resort team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and put massive smiles on our faces. Must give a big thank you to Mark (you live up to your name) and to bellman Mr Thuong, and reception man Thoi who took us around and told us more about Vietnam and the town (also waved us goodbye, you guys rock)! There is some construction going on and early evening karaoke however the restaurant is glorious and the swimming pool massive! Thanks everyone who works here, you guys made our Vietnam visit truly wonderful!

Great place to end an active trip in Vietnam. Very tranquil and peaceful. Mark, the Aussie, was the highlight who couldn't do enough to make use feel comfortable. We had the pool and restaurants to ourselves during the day which was lovely.

We had the BEST time at Vedana resort, the destination and the resort itself are phenomenal. However, really making our stay special, fun , accommodating and easy was the staff. The staff are mainly local residents and are polite, pleasant, funny and all round make having a great time so easy.
Mr. Thuong was so helpful, picked us up from our room in a buggy whenever we needed and made sure we had everything we needed at all times, we rode bikes around the resort and he was always ensuring there were usable bikes available for us. We had so much fun spending time with Mr Thuong, learning Vietnamese while he learnt English was a highlight.
Mr. Thoi is enthusiastic and so so friendly, helpful and smiley, always ensuring we were having a great time and just a great energy that was impossible not feel comfortable in.
Mark was excellent, printed out itineraries for us and made sure we had a new adventure everyday.
We were so sad to leave, we're returning to Vietnam because of how special they made the trip.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and it was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is new, with modern accommodations, and the place is beautiful. The staff is very polite and attentive all the time. We only have to thank Mark, Mr. Khanh, Ms. Lieu, and Mr. Thoi for their attention. Certainly the best hotel in the region, it's a shame we only stayed two nights, we already want to come back!

What a fantastic place to stay and absolutely the highlight of our Vietnam trip. On arrive we were greeted by Mark a fellow Aussie who made us feel right at home and was so excited for our arrival. Mark showed us around to some of the local bars and introduced us to some of the amazing local staff that have been employed by Vedana. Mr Thoi and Mr Thuong made our trip extra special as they showed us the English they had learnt from Mark and were very quick to assist around the resort. It’s safe to say we’ve made some life long friends. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable!

Great 2 night stay here with my partner - lovely rooms, great location next to Cuc Phuong national park and amazing staff, in particular a shout out to Mark who made it so easy to feel welcome here. He could not do more for us and has been a real highlight of our trip, I wish we were able to have a beer with you last night! :(.

We also had a personal guided tour/transport carried out by another member of staff (sorry unsure on name!) which was informative, fun and very much worth it - he was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend asking about a morning trip to Cuc Phuong if you get a chance!

Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and other meals are tasty and substantial - one portion of rice will feed a family of four with leftovers for the fish in the lake 😉 free kayaking on the lake was an enjoyable experience!

Resort doesn't seem completely finished yet but I'm sure it will only get better.

We had a great time. It was a long drive from Ha Noi but worth the visit. The reception is beautiful and the staff very welcoming. The room had a great view. The resort is large but the restaurant, swimming pool and bar are very close. Must say thank you to Mr Mark the English man for welcoming me and my friend and to the bellman who was happy to try speaking English with us Mr Thuong who picked us up many times when we needed. The lunch menu is a bit boring but the gym, kareoke rooms and cafe are all clean and fresh. If you have time make sure you hire the free kayak and swim amongst the big fish in the lake. Thank you Vendana resort!

What a beautiful resort! Located on a lake, surrounded by limestone hills, the views are gorgeous no matter where you are on property.

The service was impeccable. We were fortunate to have been greeted by Mark, an Australian staff member, who made sure we had all the information we needed on the resort and continued to check on us throughout our stay. If you're planning to travel to Da Nang sometime after your visit here, Mark lived there and will be happy to give you all the tips and tricks you will need.

The rooms were clean, well sized, and the AC worked well. The pools were a great relief from the day's heat, and the hot springs were a treat at night, which included a steam room and sauna.

The resort also makes great use of various scents throughout their facilities, with the reception area, our room, and the hot springs all featuring relaxing scents which made you want to stay just a minute longer to enjoy.

We're so glad we stayed here and can't wait to return!

However, the restaurant menu needs to be improved so that foreigners can eat comfortably. I am satisfied with everything except the food.

Short scenic drive from the capital HaNoi, the resort is its own little world Vietnam style. Our room had some trouble the first night and Mark was accomodating and without hesitation our room was changed. Mark made our stay truly unforgettable, very helpful thanks! Our tour to the national park was really great and was nice to relax in the mineral bath at the resort. Overall we had a great stay and want to thanks for a great time, from the Phillipines hope to meet you all again soon!

Near the mountain, how beautiful it is! Came on the weekend and was greeted by a very friendly Australian man, my kids enjoyed speaking to him and met him again at breakfast. Great free Kyake to go around the lake, big buffet breakfast and nice swimming pool. We had a great time and hope to be back in the near future

Fun and exciting stay. The resort had everything we needed and more. Gym, pool, close to cuc phuong national park and breakfast buffet included. Thanks for a wonderful trip and Mark the forigner man, many thanks for looking after me and my family. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful resort with fantastic surroundings! The architecture is incredible. The staff are super friendly and kind and the food was amazing (huge portions). Next time, we hope to stay longer!

the resort has a very green nice landscape with a lot of tree, lakes, swimming pool, especially wooden bungalow is build on the lake, the air enviroment is very fresh, cool weather, as the resort is covered by the nantional forest- Cuc Phuong. The villa is nice and good location for walking , cycling, sighseeing..,
Staffs are friendly, supportive, especially my kids are so exciting to speak english with one of staffs there- Mr Mark from Brisban, Australia, he is very friendly.
