I had such an incredible time during my stay here! I was absolutely blown away by how friendly and welcoming the staff were, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. They truly made me feel like royalty. The hotel itself has such a unique design, with a charming Gatsby vibe. I found myself spending most of my time here, exploring and taking advantage of all the amazing amenities they offer. On my first day, I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and let me tell you, the food was absolutely incredible. Not only that, but one of the waiters, Mai, provided exceptional service. She was both professional and so warm and friendly. Thank you Mai! 🤗🤗🤗

We had dinner at CHIC restaurant located on 10th floor. The food was great for all dishes from soup to dessert. Staffs are very nice ( her name is Mai). Price is reasonable. Not expensive at all. 100% recommend.

We loved this hotel! It made our experience in Sa Pa much more special. The pool was fairly cold the first day we were there but the second day it was perfectly warm. Our room was clean and well decorated as was the entire hotel. We also had a great dinner in their restaurant one night and had breakfast in the morning which were both delicious.

This place is so beautiful! Recommended if you’d like to stay in Sapa. The staff is so friendly and helpful giving us some knowledge of Sapa tourism. The food was great! The welcome drink was also great! The room, the everything was really really astonishing! Definitely would like to come back on our next visit to Sapa!

This is a perfect self-treat, indulge in the amazing food of Chic Restaurant, then go to level 7 to Nuages Spa for the best massage ever! I picked the herbal bath for 30 minutes followed by a 60 minute massage - loved it!!! Please see May A, she’s the friendliest! :)

We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sapa, we had a wonderful time here from theGM, Chef, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, spa, pool staffs all wonderful. The Free Buffet breakfast are to die for woth hundred of choice. We also had a wonderful anniversary celebration at Chic with their Lunar Asian Buffet and I want to specifically say Thanks to Mai at Chic restaurant, she is very friendly, helpful and always present with a smile to welcome us and suggested the wonderful Buffet for our anniversary celebration
We will be back and highly recommended to all of our families and friends in Canada and USA

It’s a great place for family vacation. The architecture, the cleanliness and the restaurant are on spot. Pool is amazing! Feels like walking into a gallery.

Breakfast spread is good with ample choices of food. Also special thanks to Dien, Ngoc, Kien who served us for the breakfast :)

So glad we decided to stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect despite the hazy weather.

Uniquely decorated with a class of its own! There is always surprises at every corner of this hotel; stunning views both inward and outward! Can’t wait to check out every tiles within 😅 dinning experiences were great! High quality food, super attentive and courteous staff; we had buffet breakfast, a quick lunch at the bakery and dinner in the restaurant; wonderful experience!

Probably the most impressive opulent amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in!! Incredible design and decoration, excellent services and an indoor pool straight out of the Great Gatsby. Oh, and the cocktails in the 10th bar .... most definitely worth a visit (or 5)!

I had the massage and spa service. Everything was good, nice heated tables and lovely spa area. The bath was a nice touch. Both Maya and luen were so sweet, wonderful and professional.

Mai,Phuong,Thuy Huyen &all staff are excellent and very friendly, professional. Excellent service. Had a herbal bath and massage and staff in spa was excellent. Thruy gave me an excellent massage. So appreciative of the massage and bath that allowed me to sleep like a baby. Thank you to all staff members, I had a fantastic stay here and will recommend my friends to stay here. We had an amazing couples massage, Mo was fantastic and I think it was the best massage I have ever had. The room was really beautiful, the treatment started with a hot herbal bath followed by a 60 minute massage. My husband had Mai and his massage was excellent all round. Prior to this we used the swimming pool and the attendant was really thoughtful, passing us towels when we got out of the pool.The ambiance of this place is amazing, a beautifully decorated art deco hotel which feels luxurious. I would highly recommend the hotel and spa.

Visited the Absinthe bar in this wonderful hotel, after it was recommended, and we are so very glad we did! Beautiful bar with amazing views, fantastic drinks, and equally amazing tapas. That combined with the superb staff made our visit so special that we will be returning no doubt. While all we drank and ate was special, their special Pho cocktail was crazy amazing! Our server, Ms Pineapple, is to be commended as she was just so lovely and helpful. Also we had a great time visiting with Ms Ngoc, the hotels Guest Experience Manager, who was literally a GEM. These two ladies made our visit even more special.

I visited with my family in November 2022 and stayed in the Executive Suite and Deluxe Room. The hotel's grand design is nothing short of amazing. The mountain view from the suite was breathtaking. To enjoy the view more and more, we even decided to have dinner delivered to the balcony for an unforgettable dining experience.

One of the hotel's top selling points is the swimming pool, which is the best indoor pool I have ever seen. Breakfast was also amazing. Anyway, we couldn't find any negative points during our two-day stay. The icing on the cake was the amazing city of Sapa itself, along with the cold weather during winter.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Absolutely stunning place! Staff are all friendly and well mannered , acknowledge and helpful. Gorgeous decor and fabulous food, and must go to the pool!!

Minor suggestion if I may say,
1) Arrange Tour bus from & to Hanoi, so that we can come easily than using night train nor unreliable bus.
2) I understand it’s old building and style but shower screen was too narrow so each time I had a shower the water went out of the shower area no matter I tried to aim shower right on the corner, so make shower screen wide enough to avoid the basin area gets wet
3) I try to be environmentally conscious, so that I followed the instructions to keep towels on the hook/ left bath mat inside the shower area, but housekeeper changed all towels, need to be thorough with housekeepers.

I’d like to come back again to stay at here for relaxation and being pampering.

Location is great as it’s right at the city center so most food places are walkable. Hotel interior is beautiful with lots of effort put into the decor and set up. Room and bed is clean and super comfy! Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Toan who did not hesitate to give us food recos around the area and even volunteered to give us a room tour to intro the facilities :) love his hospitality! Thanks Toan and all the hotel staff :)

The only hotel to stay at when in Sapa.

Everything was perfect during our stay. It’s right in the middle of the centre so it’s in walking distance to restaurants, massages etc. The breakfast was good. The room has good sound proofing which was very important for us. The traffic can get loud at times due to honking.

The design of the hotel is very posh,the check in was fuss free and the room is very spacious.The breakfast buffet also has a good spread of choices mainly asian n western food.

Lastly,we tried the Nuages Spa within the hotel,level 07.Mo & team were very professional n detailed to help us with the Spa facilities.The place is also spacious and clean,the price is reasonable for hotel massage,strongly recommend it.Thank you for the hospitality.

this is one of the most STUNNING hotels you will ever stay it. the decor is gorgeous, quirky, vibrant, but comes together in an eloquent way. the staff were all delightful, super helpful, and prompt to help us or answer any questions. it’s connected to the train station that takes you up the mountain. book it, babes!
