I went to the shop to fix ny phone, Iphone 13 Promax because my screen was broken. I am very satisfied with the service. The guys were very polite and they changed my screen within 20 minutes. I stongly recomend this shop.

I bought a SIM card here. The service was friendly, fast, and very convenient! They only take cash, but accepted Euros which was very helpful because I hadn't been able to exchange money yet. Would definitely recommend if you need a SIM card while visiting Albania

After the promise to repair my phone the same day, latest the following, I rescheduled my stay in Saranda. Unfortunately the part did not arrive in two days and - which was most disappointing - they didn't care or let me know about. I asked three hours before pickup if everything is on time, and they said it will.

Not recommendable
