Highland Hostel & Tours

Lovely campground in the Gegham mountains. The hosts are very hospitable and offer free thee to those passing through or staying. A good basecamp for exploring the surrounding highlands and mountains, like Azhadak.

I just passed by there from akna and was really surprise of the existence of an Airbnb so far from anything! I did not sleep in the place because I arrived in the morning and had to continue my hike but I was very well received by Daniel, the volunteer there. He offered me coffee, water, electricity and we had super interesting conversation about the spirituality.
The Azhdahak mountain just a few meters away having a caring look on the camp, the occasional shepherd passing by, the breathtaking landscape .. The next time I'm gonna pass by there I'll for sure spend the night in the camp! I'm totally recommending the place with its interesting people and surrounding!
