I really enjoyed the place, as well as their hotel in the center of Yerevan, where we stayed earlier last year.

The design, service, location and the food - everything was above expectations!

For example, my husband was 30 min late for the breakfast, and he ordered a coffee and a snack at the bar instead. He was very surprised to know that the staff didn’t charge him for it (as a complement).

Of course, I won’t expect it on a regular basis, but it’s nice when you’re treated as a guest, not just a customer.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel next to Sevan lake. Rooms are clean and very well organized, nice fireplace and a clean outdoor swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very well organized and very friendly and helpful, really high level of service. A restaurant is located 5min walking distance from the hotel; it’s very spacious and beautiful. Food is tasty and well done!

I cannot, for the life of me, make sense of the person complaining about the food being bad, and the restaurant having no soul...

We were extremely impressed as soon as we stepped in. The staff - composed of locals - are professional, warm, friendly and approachable.

We were the only guests as we stayed during dead season, but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Everything we asked for, even if previously unavailable, was met with "But since you're the only ones here, we can do that for you".

We had a large dinner at the restaurant as well as breakfast and both were perfect. The food was fresh, tasty and visually appealing.

I want to give a special mention to manager Babken who speaks perfect English (as well as Russian and Armenian of course) and made our stay very easy, as well as Gegham who greeted us, and Mushegh who made our dining experience so wonderful. Oh, and not to forget young Stepan!! Great kid.

The room was cosy, the pool was refreshing, and the sauna was excellent.

I would recommend this place to my friends and family and don't need a special occasion to come back - this place is worth a week-long restful stay any time :)

Great place to run away of busy cities. Very calm and beautiful nature, excellent staff, simple and tasty Armenian food for good price. And unreal Sevan 💙

A great heritage hotel, lovely rooms with nice, rural design and materials. The restaurant is not in house, you need to walk for that a bit.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Hotel sehr genossen! Das Haus und das Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, das Bad in Naturstein ist hell und und alles funktioniert! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Deux séjours en 2015 et en 2023 me permettent de dire que cet hôtel est une excellente adresse et un vrai coup de cœur. Le personnel est accueillant et met tout en œuvre pour le confort des clients.

Прекрасный отель, особенно сейчас, в конце июня. Тихо, чисто, очень хорошая сауна в сочетании с бассейном и джакузи, и прекрасный воздух вокруг! Очень приятно покататься на велосипеде вдоль озера и на лугах вокруг Орехово рощи.

Bellissimo luogo: lago, piscina e tante possibilità di escursioni e passeggiate. L'Hotel della catena mantiene le promesse di caratterizzare al meglio la cultura e le caratteristiche del territorio
