Worst laundry service I've had in Argentina.
We brought the laundry in the morning, they told us it will be ready at 17:30 and to come pick it up because they close at 18.
We came at 17:30, but when we arrived they told us the laundry will be ready at 18:30 - ok no problem.
We came again at 18:30, and guess what? The laundry wasn't ready. The owner was there and told us it will be ready in 5 minutes, told us that 6 times every 5 minutes.

I told them I'm in a rush so when they finally brought the laundry (1:30 hours late) they told me half of the closes are still wet because I told them I'm in a rush so they didn't have time to dry that and is my problem that I'm in a rush.

They refund me only 300 pesos out of the 2000 I paid

When I got to the hostel and checked my "dry" clothes, they were also wet.

In the response they will tell you it happened because there was no water in the area, which is correct but they already knew that in the morning and still told me it will be ready at 17:30.

Oh and also in the morning the girl charged us 5kg of laundry while the actual weight was 4.8

Nos devolvieron la ropa sucia. Tenemos que lavarlos de nuevo. La mitad de la ropa está muy encogida por el secado. Además, han perdido mi bolsa de ropa.
