Great hotel for winter holidays with kids. The rooms are clean and big. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that if they welcome families in this time of the year, the menu of the restaurant should have more kid friendly meals (plain things like burgers, chicken fingers, Mac and cheese, carrot sticks). Most kids do not like very elaborated dishes.

Very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and the amenities are great. It has 3 different restaurants and they also offer room service. If you stay in summer they have outside pools and a huge park. Nice to visit with family or for a business trip.

Hermoso lugar para ir a relajarse. Sin dudas volvería porque la atención fue un mil y las comodidades son excepcionales. Nos dieron de cortesía una torta riquísima por ir en nuestro día de cumpleaños. El hotel es súper amplio y lindo.

Buscamos el hotel sheraton para realizar la reunión anual de seguridad de nuestra empresa y aparte de ventas, por lo que nos hospedamos allí. El servicio en el evento fue de 10, los meseros y demás personal siempre atentos, tuvimos algún inconveniente en el horario del desayuno y lo resolvieron sin ningún problema, todo muy limpio. Ya en las instalaciones todas estaban a disposición nuestras, el gym muy completo y con máquinas modernas, la pileta grande y dentro del hotel ya que era invierno. El buffet de almuerzo y desayuno muy rico y fresco. Estacionamiento disponible y amplio, buenas habitaciones amplias y cómodas para trabajar o solo estar descansando. Muy silencioso y lindo. Recomendando 100%.
