Cachè Bistro

A fantastic dinner in Mendoza. The Cafe has a wine shop connected where you can pick your own bottle from hundreds of different selections. The staff is very knowledgeable on the wines and how to pair it with the food. A very homely atmosphere with generous portions, great service and quality beef. The server I has, Kamin (?) was very friendly and helpful and spent time helping me select a wine to pair with dinner.

Great atmosphere, the garden is relaxing. Karen service was exceptional and her knowledge of wines help us get an exquisite wine.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was so good! We had several tapas including eggplant, gazpacho, potato bravas, empanadas, salads, and a pasta with vegetables. Everything was so delicious. David, our server, suggested a perfect wine for us - a rose by inferno. It was perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing dinner at the center of Mendoza. They have a truly intense variety of argentinian wines for all tastes, on display in several of the different rooms. The restaurant ambiance is cozy, with sitting in different areas, from more reserved, to outdoors close to the bar, to tables for groups. The food is very good, fresh and with the highest quality of ingredients. The service is very good, helpful and friendly.

What a nice experience. From when we arrived till the very end we were treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was very friendly, smiling and helping making our evening great. The food was superb. My steak was simply delicious and done to perfection. They have one of the most extensive wine selections I have ever seen at a restaurant. When I ordered desert I wanted to change what they had on the menu and they were very accommodating going back and forth to the chef until I was happy. What can I say. Just a perfect evening. Thank you!

Food was wonderful. I had a steak which was cooked perfectly. Lots of pride in the food here. Staff was friendly and fun. They all took really good care of us.

Excellent place for dinner - food was high quality, service friendly despite our language barrier. Recommend the squid and spinach croquettes especially.

For wine, they have 8 bottles in a machine which lets you drink by the glass and sample a few different wines. Hadn't seen this anywhere else in Argentina so far.

Panna cotta for dessert was top tier.

Some of the best food we've had in Mendoza. Empanadas, sweetbreads, leg of lamb - all superb. Literally 100's of wines at great prices. Jose was a fantastic host. And then another night also amazing with new things on the menu. Frederico the best at taking care of all the details.

This place is excellent. Like everything you have will be a 10/10 or better type excellent. I normally take photos but the food was so good, I didn’t even stop to do so. The wine list is also stellar with a good mix of local bodega and larger vineyards as well. We had the grilled provolone cheese, the spinach and chard croquettes, the squid and chimichurri, the gazpacho, and the Griega Salad. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great for solo travellers as it is a tapas style menu so can try a few things without getting overly full. Receiving an amuse bouche of arancini was a nice touch. Exceptionally large wine menu that you choose from their cellar, and lovely server (Luca) who was very patient with me trying to practise my Spanish even though he spoke perfect English. I went during a quiet period and was just drawing and didn’t feel like I was being rushed on.

Nice little place with very tasty tapas and superb wines. One thing to note : they do not serve wine by the glass. I wish they did so we could have tasted 2 or more different wines. Other than that everything was excellent and we highly recommend it!

One of the most charming and delicious meals of our trip. Karen’s service was attentive and not distracting, the menu offers serious choices of well conceived dishes which are well executed. Wine list as you would expect is also great.

Such a great restaurant tucked away in this fun neighborhood. Delicious tapas and salads! Our server David recommended delicious wines, let us practice our humorous Spanish, and made the night extra special.

Great restaurant, very pretty inside and delicious food! We got the Ojo de bife and it was some of the best meat I’ve had in Argentina. Our server, Carmina was delightful- and spoke English which was helpful! The sommelier Juan was also very nice and helpful - recommended some wineries to check out. We also got the small cheese plate and tiramisu, everything tasted great!
