La comida está para 5 estrellas. Pero la atención de Jonathan está para 6, así que me quedé corto. Apenas nos sentamos nos describió con detalle la premesa y el coctail de cortesía. Muy atento durante todo el transcurso de la entrada y plato principal, preguntándonos si estaba todo bien, los sabores y los punto de cocción. Lo mejor llego para el postre, no solo por la atinada recomendación, sino que además nos sorprendió con un postre fuera de carta. Una experiencia inmejorable, gracias Jonathan.
