Very good experience in this hotel. We were here with company on team building event and it was great experience. In winter is very close to hill. Very good meals, fine bar.

As a regular guest since 2006 I would rate this hotel with 5*, although this year we were dissapointed because our request to have connected rooms wasnt fullfilled, even though we made a reservation two months before our stay with a note that we would like to have connected rooms. The reasons why we didnt get the connected rooms were because "priority have guests who have been coming for 20 years, and guests that are members of spirit club". As I mentioned I have been a regular guest since 2006, and also a member of a spirit club. Our rooms were next to each other, but the doors that are connecting the rooms were between the room before, and the room after ours, so this is a pure negligence of someone doing the schedule, who didnt bother to fullfill this request. Falkensteiner has always been a hotel where we feel like home, with understanding staff doing everything they can to make our stay the best they can.
Food at the restaurant was amazing every day, hotel was clean and warm, and the Spa is fantastic.
I just hope next time we dont get told that we are not your priority guests.

A truly lovely resort, the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was second to none and the spa area was very relaxing. The views of the mountains were breathtaking from the swimming pools. I would like to thank the very kind lady in the spa area for always being helpful and friendly, I would also like to express my many thanks to the restaurant staff and the amazing head chef Carlos who was always there to help and guide us through the vast array of dishes on the buffet.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time. We were very very satisfied. First when we came we've noticed that it is an old renovated hotel. There are still some parts where you notice old decore. But every day there was a new pleasent surprise so you dodn't notice "minuses" any more.
The stuff is so great that I can't remember any hotel before where we felt this way. You can feel that they function like a family.
The food was good, very ritch buffet, you can always find sth.for yourself, every day something new on the menu, decent wines and beer included in "all inclusive" offer; very nice spa area, pools, and kids area. The hotel has even small theater and the best thing is that they included kids in the show. We were there for the firs time so we didn t know our older kids could join imediately, but we know for the next time! The stuff members themselves prepared a dancing show. The greatest thing was music night by "Dado" who played guitar and made a goregeous show and fun the whole night! The perfect was that there was a mrs. who understood croatian so our toddler could stay for a while at kid s care place. Our room (deluxe) was perfect for family with three kids! Walk in wardrobe is great when you have 5 suitcases! Ski deposit room was on our floor and with an elevator from there you practically go directly on ski slopes. Katschberg is such a nice ski resort. Very close to the hotel there are horse stables so you can visit horses which is great if you have a small kid. Next to the hotel is a playground for little ones, and ski bar on ski slope where you, as a guest of a hotel, pay half of the price. The only thing that I missed was a big christmas tree somewhere and maybe some more lights all around to feel it was still holiday time. 😊
All in all, we will come again for sure!

Very good gym. Super sauna and adult area. The pool area is too hot. I understand there are children playing in and around the pool, but it should not be so so hot that you can hardly breathe. Sauna and gym are five starts!

Great value family hotel with great meals. Beautiful Spa world with pools. Big playroom and play area for children with babysitters. Great animation program for everybody. There are few things that could be upgraded but overall it is a great experience.

We were positively surprised by personal approach of restaurant manager Sasha when we asked for a special dish for our youngest daughter. He managed it with his personal involvement - buying it in a local retail store. 👍👏 Hotel was clean, food very tasty and we also liked daily special cousin themes served during dinners. Animation programs and summer activities have entertained us for the whole week. Happy to return back again.😊

Room is spacious and clean. Everything for the pool is available even for kids. Service is nice and polite.

I enjoyed every moment spent in the hotel. It has all facilities which skier needs. But, above all, the design I liked the most!

Amazing hotel with awesome food, rooms, staff and great access to ski resort! Worth paying not little amount of Euro to stay there!

The only negative point was the short stay! Staff, rooms, food, spa, pools, kids playground, surrounding... All of it very good.
