Aar Wirt Hochfügen

Great stop for lunch. Directly located at the ski slope. You can sit outside with beautiful view and a nice panorama. Service are very fast and friendly.

The interior of Aar is well chosen. The kitchen is typical Austria and you can taste that is made with passion.

Always recommend to stay here.

Wow, what a great little ski hut! Service was fantastic. So we went back almost every day!!!

We hiked in the area on a rainy day and found this lovely place. The wooden building is very old but well maintained. We’ve ordered local traditional soup which was excellent.
The apple schtrudel was delicious.

Awesome stopover directly at the ski slope. Also accessible for pedestrians. Very friendly and attentive service. The food is freshly prepared and is simply delicious!! Recommended are Kässpätzle, spinach dumplings and bacon dumpling soup.

The roasted beef was delicious and if you want something sweet the kaiserschmarrn are the way to go. Most of the time sunny and right besides the slope for easy access.

A cozy traditional alpine hut with friendly service and good food. They serve consistently the best Kaiserschmarren on the slopes. Certainly our favourite lunch stop between Hochfügen and Hintertux! I wish they would resume serving Tiroler gröstl every day rather than as a special, it's yummy.

Great place to grab while at the slopes. Price ain't bad. Good service and quick. Awesome view.

Ob zum Mittagessen oder als letzte Einkehr am Ende des Skitages, der Aar Wirt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schneller, angenehmer Service. Bis 14/15 Uhr in der prallen Sonne(im Winter). Neue Interpretation des Kaiserschmarrens, hochwertige und leckere Auswahl an Gerichten. Auch für Veganer geeignet!

Die geilste Hütte der Alpen. Was für ein Ambiente und herrlicher Panoramablick!!! Trotz vieler Gäste klappt der Service reibungslos. Jeden Winter ein absolutes Highlight.
