Was there at 8am, the marmots due too chill temperature very active, there are rabbits, alpaca and other animals too...very calm satisfying experience since i was the only one that early up there

These little guys get paid to to be seen, so come and pay them a visit.
The lamas, rabbits and goats are awesome as well 🤗

A fun place to be, with a mix of playground, nature, petting zoo, kid-friendly trail, food on top of the mountain. We drove all the way to the top, easy access of parking.
The petting zoo is free of charge; you can see marmuts, alpacas, mountain goats, etc ...
We also enjoyed the food offered at the restaurant; typically ski-hut food in a big portion. Yum! But note that it's cash only.

Great place to be with kids. Beautiful hiking path which is stroller friendly. Great food at the hut.

Amazing place where you can get by car (beware of the toll). Its worth every penny though, real nice place to be. Petting zoo where you can feed all the animals for a euro, wich actually gives you enough to feed all animals a bit. Playground with water. Tons of places to hike and enjoy nature. Amazing view of the zillertal.

First stop at the Zillertaler Höhenstraße from Ried side. Nice playground for the children with plenty of fun.

You pay 8eur to go to the alpen strasse and the driving is challenging on the narrow roads, but there are many great activities with goat, marmots, water games and the old machines, that kids can visit. It is not too crowded, as the drive is long.

Best hut in the Zillertal Arena! Lovely sunshine in the yard and good food. Significantly cheaper than other places as well
