Extraordinary cuisine and experience in a very rustic atmosphere. There is one menu for all and parking is terrible, but it is all worth it, a remarkable place. Reservation is a must.

I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best dining experience ever. All the hosts were very nice and dedicated to what they do. The restaurant looks amazing and all the products used are local and of the highest quality. Even the butter at this restaurant tastes 100x better than what you buy at the shop. I will definitely be back here again.

A wonderful and authentic place to stay with only warm and caring people all around you! One enters a different world in this 500-year old!! (mind you!), magnificent, old barnhouse decorated with so many interesting and beautiful objects, even present in all the really lovely bedrooms.
The dinners in the Rauchkuchl are simply unforgettable; Theresia, the owner, knows how to entertain!! her guests and to prepare delicious dishes right in front of your nose, while you are sitting at clearly delicately set tables with fresh flowers. Do realise that food has never been prepared for you in this way with unique, ancient cooking techniques, mastered so well by Theresia.
Theresia has created her own paradise and one can only feel lucky and privileged that she loves to share this with her guests.
Beautiful skiing opportunities and walking tracks nearby. If you happen to be without a car, the miniature station (also unique) can be reached on foot within five minutes.
So, when you love architecture, history, authenticity, nature, real hospitality and good food, this is the place to be and relax.
Also, on the premises, a 30-year horse that played in a film and is now retired!, some ponies, walking ducks and chickens....

Welch ein Abend! 7 Sterne!!! Die Gastgeber sind von einer solchen Herzlichkeit, das Essen großartig, das Ambiente unübertrefflich. Ich könnte ewig weiter schwärmen! Wir waren zu 11 und alle waren begeistert! Einfach wow!

Gast geweest in het restaurant. Eerlijk is eerlijk, het eten is echt super! Het is biologisch en bijzonder. Aardige mensen. Concept is dat iedereen één menu eet en de inrichting zijn verschillende kamers met drie a vier tafels. De oude boerderij maakt het zeer sfeervol. Absoluut de moeite waard! O ja, wel ruim van tevoren reserveren!

Wir waren zum Abendessen in der Rauchkuchl. Der Service ist perfekt und sehr familiär. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert!
