PURADIES Naturresort

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the cabins and absolutely loved the experience. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed after a day of skiing.
We did find the systems at the hotel a little hard to understand, especially any bookings as it seemed like the front desk staff didn’t have any authority to actually book anything for you. This meant waiting while whomever was authorised approved things, which was a phone call later on.
Also probably our fault but make sure you pre book dinner and even tables at the bar. We assumed as guests we would have a guaranteed seat but this doesn’t seem to be the system at the hotel.
Overall however we would definitely be back as everyone we dealt with was super friendly and accommodating

I'm usually sceptical when reviews are too good, but we still went and booked the Puradies and it did not disappoint. The team really goes to great lengths to offer an amazing experience! We'll be back for sure.

What we loved:
-the breakfast buffet is a dream come true, for adults and children
-the rooms are huge and really thought through, especially the storage space!
-we really enjoyed that we were put in a different dining room without kids for dinner, since we don't have children and enjoy quiet dinners
-the parking is huge
-some of the spa area is new (heated pool, kid's pool, etc)
-the views are simply amazing
-you're right in nature, both cable railways are in walking distance

I'm sure I forgot some things, but I can really say that the hotel pays attention to detail and offers a great stay.

What could be improved:
-some dishes in the evening were of the smaller size, so if you're very hungry they might not be big enough
-unfortunately we were served by a different employee each evening which made it quite difficult to connect on a personal level

Amazing place, wonderful views from the rooms or outside,, extra ordinary staff who would do whatever it take to make you happy,, I spent 7 nights here and I can tell with high level of confidence that each one of this hotel’s staff is trying his/her at most best to serve you with a big smile on his/her face and make sure you are happy,,, the room layout is excellent, and could accommodate 2 adults with upto 4 kids easily (puradies Family Loft).
Super clean place with daily room service and you could get a full board reservation. They’ve indoor and outdoor kids play grounds and a small animals farm with ACs available in the rooms/suites but not the Chalets,, you’ll also get free access card to Steinbergbahn Leogang cable throughout your staff (for all).

One small top: In the first floor, you can set in their open library floor in super calmness enjoying the view and relaaaaaxing :)

Beautifully located resort with a warm atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The spa area clean and and all 4 saunas where very good (yes I tried all of them). The kitchen was outstanding with lots of local products and great quality.

I got the information about Puradies from a friend and I can tell you that this hotel is one of kind. The quality of the restaurant is as good as advertised and one of the highlights. Also the staff is incredibly kind and friendly.
As other reviews pointed out you have to check your reservation carefully due to sold out rooms. Then you get another category of your room.
In a nutshell: my full recommendation.

Pricy, but very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area, in summer you can use the natural swimming pool. Food was also good, very nice views to the mountains. Quiet area. Very helpful in regards to allergies and intolerances. Will come again.

Einafach top

Das Hotel war super. Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Zimmer, ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und ausgesprochen gutes Essen haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir den Aufenthalt genießen konnten, obwohl die Wetter- und Schneebedingungen ziemlich miserabel waren. Auch wenn es zu warm war, hätten die Pisten besser präpariert werden können.

5 Sterne! Es hätte nicht schöner sein können. Exzellenter Service (ein sehr großes Lob geht dabei an Florian, der uns jedes Abendessen mit seiner Anwesenheit und seinen Weinempfehlungen versüßt hat!), wunderschöne und neue Anlage, hervorragender Wellness Bereich und sehr gutes Essen und Getränke. Wir haben am
ersten Abend schon unseren nächsten Besuch geplant.
Besonders schön war auch, dass man sich sofort zuhause gefühlt hat - und nicht nur als zahlender Gast wahrgenommen wurde, sondern als Teil der Hotelfamilie (ua dadurch, dass wir sofort immer mit Namen angesprochen wurden, nachdem wir eingecheckt haben und auch immer einen festen Tisch bei Frühstück und Abendessen haben).
