Appartementhaus Elmo

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartments are very spacious and come with a fully equipped kitchen allowing us to cook and eat as a family.
Simone was very attentive to our every need, gave us great tips as to what to do in the area.

I would definitely recommend!!

Appartementhaus Elmo is in great location, Quiet an clean. Simone, the owner, is very kind, helpful and ready to help with any problem at any hour. The kids playground is in perfect condition, and the pool is wonderful.

The host was very helpful and the location is great for anyone wanting to travel to Salzburg and the surroundings. Close supermarket and a walking distance lake.

My daughter and I stayed at Simon's place about a week ago. The room was charming, cozy and very clean overlooking the stream and the mountain view. The location of the house is excellent. In the center of the town but on the bank of the stream. That's why even when you are in the center you feel in nature. Simone was charming, attentive to our personal needs .It was wonderful. I hope we will return in the coming years.

Great place to stay. We had nice, clean and very well equipped family appartement. A lot of space. We also welcomed sauna a lot. The host Simone is very pleasant and her recommendation for hiking routes has helped us to enjoy our vacation in this beautiful valley.

Excellent apartment and its location in a small, tranquil town (or even village) located in a picturesque valley with beautiful lake at its very end. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to Spar supermarket and around a number of restaurants.

Simone who is the owner is super-helpful and can give you lots of tips of what to see and where to go to enjoy your holiday time.

Appartementhaus Elmo consists of a number of apartments to chose from and they have all you need to enjoy your summer holidays without any worries. As a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) we stayed in A+A+B type of apartment which consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet as well as kitchen with dining room and sofa. The views from the apartment are spectacular and the apartment itself was clean and very comfortable.

At the garden there is a smaller building with indoor swimming pool and playground area for younger kids while next door in a hotel you can book breakfasts and dinners.

The Wagrain-Kleinarl area is a perfect place for summer holidays. At Elmo you would get local (free of charge) summer cards that allow you free entries (one per day) to Wagrain's swimming pool with a number of slides for kids (but even adults can have fun) as well as the card would also serve as a ticket for a Kleinarl's cable car. There are numerous attractions for kids around the place - cable cars, go-carts at the Kleinarl mountains, summer tobbogan run in Flachau. For those who want to see more, you can travel around and visit numerous gorges, watterfalls, caves etc.

I recommend staying at Appartementhaus und Ferienwohnungen Elmo for anyone who praises smaller towns and wants to "recharge batteries".

A beautiful quiet place, especially for hikers like us. Housewife very kind, friendly. Apartment richly furnished, spacious, with beautiful views. I would recommend it to anyone, I will be back with other family members as early next year.

It's a very convenient place.The apartment was designed using wood, which helped us feel at home right away, and the view and sound of the river alongside the house were an interesting experience.
The owner is very kind a willing to help. Also, the elevator and parking were very useful for us, and the play rooms for children are a great, as well.

The scenery in Kleinarl is superb, and quiet from loud tourists, even though it is located in a short drive from all main attractions in Salzburgland.

We love this place. Very pleasant owner, the best position in Kleinarl. Only 300m to chair-lift, in the wonderful nature.

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal bei Simone im Appartementhaus Elmo und würden immer wieder hierher fahren. Simones liebe und herzliche Art machen den Aufenthalt zu einer besonderen und wunderbaren Zeit.

Sehr schön eingerichtete, große Zimmer mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berge. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Großes Bad. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.
Der Wellnessbereich mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen und Ruhebreich ist sehr gemütlich und ist perfekt für einen langen Tag auf Skiern oder Snowboard. Für das Equipment ist ein Ski-Raum vorhanden.

Wer wie wir ein Zimmer gebucht hat und kein Appartement zur Selbstverpflegung, kann nebenan beim Bruder Marco im Hotel Ennskraxblick Halbpension buchen, das haben wir gemacht.

Alles in allem eine wunderbare Zeit in Kleinarl. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, moderne helle Zimmer, gute Betten, modernes Bad, zuverlässiger Brötchenservice mit sehr leckeren Brötchen, ruhig mit schönem Ausblick. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Person. Sie ist sehr bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Besonders ihre persönliche Art hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns wurden Empfehlungen ausgesprochen, was wir unternehmen könnten und wo es gutes Essen gibt. Die Sauna ist groß und schön heiß. Generell ist der Wellnessbereich gut gelungen. Wir konnten das Zimmer sogar noch bis zum Mittag nutzen, sodass wir uns nach unserer Wanderung am Vormittag noch frisch machen konnten. Sowas hätte es in einem großen Hotel nicht gegeben. Bequeme Betten und ein wundervoller Ausblick. Wir sind sehr begeistert, besonders von dem dafür sehr günstigen Preis. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ins wunderschöne Kleinarl!

Ottimo luogo con vista mozzafiato sui paesaggi circostanti tipici del posto. Molto rilassante e confortevole. Abbiamo usato la struttura come punto di partenza per escusioni sia a piedi che in bike veramente disponibile la Simone nel consigliare i percorsi e sul suggerire dove trovare l'attrezzatura. La colazione viene fatta nell hotel accanto del fratello 11€ a testa ma ne vale la pena è buonissima. La sera è possibile mangiare sia nell hotel del fratello che nelle zone circostanti. Attenzione per noi italiani abituati a cenare dopo le 20 in queste zone dell Austria alle 19 max le 21 chiudono le cucine orario adeguato alle attività del posto che si concentrano tra le 7 di mattina fino alle 17. Posizione dell'hotel Elmo ottima, la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff ottimi. A presto!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Apartment war nicht nur sehr sauber und großzügig, sondern auch exzellent für einen Rollstuhlfahrer nutzbar. Mein Mann ist Rollstuhlfahrer (BWK 4) und er konnte sich sehr gut dort zurechtfinden. Das Badezimmer ist im Großen und Ganzen Rollstuhlgerecht. Für die Dusche sollte man allerdings einen Duschstuhl haben und eine gewisse Fitness mitbringen, da es sich um eine Viertelkreisdusche handelt. Der Ein und Ausstieg ist nicht ganz so einfach, aber machbar!

Die Inhaberin, Simone, ist einfach nur klasse! So viel Engagement haben wir selten erlebt. Mit Ihrer freundlichen und sehr verbindlichen Art hat sie diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht! Auch eine spontane Verlängerung war gar kein Problem.
Für geringen Aufpreis gibt es ein wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, das wir nur empfehlen können!
