Landzeit Tauernalm

One of the most beautiful Landzeit. The location and the view is just amazing. I like the interior, and the stuff were extremely kind! Thanks for the pleasent and unforgettable moments.

It is located in a convenient place for stopping. The interior decoration is well combined for those who are passing through or will stop for a longer time. The offer is varied and the only question is how much you are willing to spend. He can buy a magnet, a nice mug or an extraordinary wine.
The surroundings, i.e. the nature, is enchanting.
Clean, friendly staff... a pleasant place no matter how long you stay.

So many options! We took the half chicken and I took the cake and some coffee. The food was great, but I cannot forget that view! We will come everytime we cross Landzeit. Definitely an amazing place with an amazing view! Looking forward for our next visit.

We stopped for a lunch here on a bus trip from Munich to Ljubljana.
Really good freshly prepared food. Surprising quality and choices for a hotel on the road.
Lots of healthy/reasonable options.
Vegetables, steamed mushrooms, salmon croissant, chicken etc.
5/5, above expectations.

This is perfect place to stop by car, take a rest, use free toilet, that even has shower to use. Outside surrounding is breath taking, mountain arround you looks really powerfull. Everything is super clean inside and outside. Nice restourant with souvenir shop. Recomended for car stop, even for few minutes..

The bus stopped here for 10 minutes. The restaurant is amazing and full of colourful varieties of food. Self service and great. Price is affordable. Got my Sushi and mushroom jelly for 3€

Very friendly staff made our very tired and grumpy children feel comfortable.
The food and the ambience are exceptional, for a service station.
Fresh pressed juices, steaks, roasts and some very tasty looking deserts (didn't partake I'm afraid - diet...).
If you are driving through, make a point to stop.

Food was very good! I forgot my bag with passport and money in the restaurant. The staff was kind enough to lock it in a safe and check if it was indeed me on the passport. All procedures were followed and after long trip back I managed to get back all belongings! Thank you!

Only stopped for a meal and a break. Spotlessly clean, service excellent and staff very friendly. Would recommend anyone to stop there. Delicious strudel.Thank you.

As far as service stations go, the facilities are average - there are some bigger and better ones to stop at.

However, it's worth the stop here for the views alone. Truly stunning view of the surrounding mountains and perfect place to stop for a coffee while taking in the beauty that surrounds you.

We did not stay here - only stopped, so cannot comment on the hotel rooms.

Brutally expensive - the coffee gets worse every year - because I guess it depends on who works - sometimes you get water with the coffee, sometimes not - sometimes it's a big coffee in a big cup and sometimes in a small one, it also depends on who works - mostly you have exaggerated the prices and the service is getting worse - in the future I avoid in a wide circle

In winter this place was amazing, surrounded by high mountains covered in snow. Didn't eat or drink, but it looked like a nice roadside stop. Toilets were free, which is 5* in my book

We always stop here on our way to Bosnia when traveling by car. It's location, sat almost completely surrounded by high mountains with the elevated motorway disappearing into tunnel is a fabulous sight. Great food and coffee and the staff always friendly and helpful, one of my favourite stopping places on my travels.

Roadside restaurant that is set up like a market inside. Huge selection of food and drinks to pick from - most of which you can pick out the meats you want and a cook prepares for you as you wait. Skip the McDonald's if you are hungry while traveling and come to Landzeit.

Perfect place to stop with the family! Every time we are driving this route we plan our break here and enjoy it a lot. Freshly made food, friendly staff, clean place, superb view! Can just recommend it to everyone.
