MÄRZENKLAMM. Hotel & Restaurant

I can only rate the restaurant as I've not stayed at the hotel. The service is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and has a very traditional feel. The location is bang on with wonderful views. The food deserves full marks!! Absolutely fantastic. All in all a very, very good restaurant. Highly recommended!!

Great location and terrace. It’s definitely worth the 10 minute walk from the center of Stumm. We were met with thoughtfully prepared and delicious food as well as friendly service. They serve Austrian specialities such as Pressknödel and Käsespätzle. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed the food and location so much that we ended up going twice during our stay.

the food is really good. and if you are going to eat there ask for a place on the terrace. then you have a breathtaking view

Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Das Essen war extrem lecker und sehr schön zubereitet. die Wartezeit war angemessen und auch der Preis war für die gute Qualität mehr als angemessen.
Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt im Zillertal mit Sicherheit wieder zum Essen vorbei kommen

Wir sind durch eine Empfehlung auf das Restaurant Märzenklamm aufmerksam geworden und sind begeistert. Zur Vorspeise gab es eine Maronensuppe und eine Graukassuppe beide waren sehr intensiv im Geschmack und gut abgeschmeckt. Als Hautgericht folgte dann das Zillertaler Festtagsessen und die Bachsaibling. Das Festtagsessen war klassisch angerichtet mit einer guten Bratensauce und Wirsing in Rahmsoße. Der Bachsaibling wurde modern angerichtet und das Rote-Beete-Püree gibt dem Gericht ein schönes farbliches Highlight. Beide Gerichte waren perfekt zubereitet und geschmacklich überzeugend! Das Schokomousse als Dessert war luftig und mit guter dunkler Schokolade zubereitet. Nur das Pflaumensorbet war nicht ganz passend. Eine warme und gemütliche Einrichtung mit einem netten Service sowie guten Preisen überzeugen.
