Neuhaus Zillertal Resort

Fantastic visit. Exceeded all our expectations. Great spa/sauna grotto. Great service. Great room. Great atmosphere. Dog friendly. And a one minute walk to the ski bus. And we finally found a real juicer at the breakfast buffet…something we’ve been searching for all over Europe. We’ll be back.

I stayed at the main building, 2nd floor, in a suite during skiing vacation. Nice view from our veranda to the swimming pool and the Penkenbahn. Everything was perfect, friendly welcome, helpful front desk, comfortable room, spa facility, excellent buffet breakfast and five course dinner. A few metres from the train station and ski bus, close to the centre of Mayrhofen.

We stayed here towards the end of the ski season. The hotel was incredible. We loved the breakfast with everything one could possibly want and more. Afternoon cakes were delicious. Our room was spotless and huge. We played table tennis and table football but we weren't so good at the traditional 9 pin bowling. We would recommend the pools and sauna, all well kept and relaxing after a day of skiing. The location was perfect for the station to go to Zell am Ziller and Hoch Zillertal. It was easy to pick up the bus to take us to the gondola or to the Glacier. The ski storage was excellent with boot warmers to ensure the boots were dry in the morning. We had a fantastic holiday, helped by the hotel team's attentive and caring nature. We went with Inghams ski.

Great for ski vacation. We are 4 skiers and were given the jagdzimmer, which is like a suite. Rooms are relatively spacious, breakfast is very rich, staff is friendly. Really close to the ski bus and train, so there is easy access to all rhe ski areas of mayrhofen. Dinner might be sometimes a bit over fancy but good. Id be happy to return.

Spent a wonderful week of skiing with friends at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort in Mayrhofen, with half-board.
The reception staff was very friendly and always helpful, from check-in to checkout.
The wait staff was also very friendly and accommodating, for the most part, though a few of them could not effectively communicate in English.
Overall the hotel is very clean and well maintained, despite being quite big, spanning multiple buildings on both sides of the street.

We love this place so much, we keep coming back. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The new restaurant area is wonderful and the food is always great. We are also very impressed by the new outdoor pool.
Everything is so clean and fresh, we cannot fault anything here.

Very beautiful hotel.
Large rooms, big spa, with Hot tub, Sauna and a pool. Has an outside pool (open until 17:30 or 18:00).
Breakfast is wonderful!
Dinner was ok, in my opinion more emphasize the looks of the dishes, then test and size of the dishes.

Excellent hotel with hard working attentive staff. Excellent food and service. Sophia was a true professional and Samara was so polite even under pressure. The Bar had a relaxed vibe with the excellent resident multi talented musician providing entertainment.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a few days. Very comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. The restaurant staff are especially sweet, courteous, and understanding towards children. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are excellent.

Amazing place! Everything is so nice and comfortable. Very nice spa and delicious dinner (every evening 5 course menu is served). Perfect location and helpful service. Cannot wait to come back again :)

Food was very good, nice facilities e.g. A sauna. Rooms were fine but maybe a little small, it was fine. Waiters and waitresses were excellent and kind. Beautiful place. Not too expensive. Relatively near ski hire shop (around 100 meters) and you could catch the bus just outside of the shop. Underneath the hotel there was a boot room where you can put your ski stuff in overnight (with added heated racks). Overall a wonderful stay and will look forward to going there again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great pood. Really nice people. Nice room. Kinda far from the lift but that's not that bad.

A great hotel, we keep on coming back there. Very family oriented, very well situated, and the staff is both helpful and smiling all day long. I can only recommend it!

Super hotel, come here for many years. Very friendly restaurant staff, reception. The room was always well cleaned. Only remark is that during my stay there were a lot of noisy and yelling people in the outdoor area. But overall is this a super hotel for relaxation and aventurous days in the penken mountains

The Neuhaus is all you need for a winter or summer hotel. The communal areas are enormous and you'll always be able to find a quite corner to read a book or enjoy a quite drink. The main bar area is relaxed and there is musical entertainment for you to listen to.
In the restaurant you'll be allocated a table for the duration and you can expect a continental breakfast as well as freshly cooked omelette, eggs and bacon as well.
At dinner you'll have a five course meal to look forward to. A word to the wise it gets quite warm in there so dress appropriately.
The room was spacious clean and comfortable the only negative being the pillows but hey you can't have everything to your liking.
Beneath the hotel you'll find a labyrinth of tunnels and facilities including a little soft play area and games room for the children. Surprisingly there was a three lane bowling alley underneath the hotel as well.
The bus that takes you to the Penkenbahn is only a minutes walk from the hotel across from the train station and is only a couple of minutes drive from the gondola station and the centre of town... and its free.
A thoroughly delightful hotel, the staff were friendly and more than helpful. I'd happily stay again.

I recently experienced the best stay at a 4-star hotel. The upgraded loft room by the lake, featuring a personal sauna and spacious, modern amenities, left me utterly stunned. The enormous wardrobe and contemporary design added to the appeal. The breakfast offered an amazing variety, and the included dinner was superb. I'm genuinely impressed by your hotel – an outstanding experience overall.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. It was very delicious! Traditional cuisine with a modern touch. The atmosphere was very nice and the service very good. We enjoyed our visit a lot :-)
