Wonderful hotel. The staff go above and beyond to help all of their guests. The outdoor heated pool and spa are a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast was amazing. I liked the option to order off the menu in addition to buffet. The juicing station was a nice touch. Would love to stay here again if I was in the area.

I loved everything about the hotel and the team is lovely and helpful.
Once they know that we were in our honeymoon they did something showed us that they cares and I appreciate that even if it was a small thing to do 🤍

One of the best 5 star hotels in DACH region and I have been a regular traveler for 10+ years. Staff was super nice and welcoming. They helped us in every way possible. I loved the pool and sauna area. It was clean and well equipped with selected fruits, tea and nuts assortments. We would love to visit again.

Very pleasant, high-end hotel in Zell. Highlights include (i) great service all around (ii) F&B offering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner all great - make sure to try out the sister hotel across the road for dinner too on at least a day) (also a good/ extensive wine list - including if you order by the glass) (iii) nice spa area with lots of different saunas/ areas to relax that was well maintained + a nice outdoor pool (generally neither spa/ pool felt too busy).

The massage I had was also very good (a "proper" sports massage). There's also a cryo cabin at the sister hotel which was cool but personally didn't find I felt the impact very much after it - but fun to try anyway. Would recommend a massage more.

I visited for skiing (closest ski area is Zillertal Arena - you do unfortunately have to take a ski bus even to this area if you don't have a car; but it's quick). You can also get to Mayrhofen and Kaltenbach easily thru the train/ bus/ ski buses system (all included on the ski pass); you can also get all the way out to the Hinterux glacier too (but it takes a while; you can ski part of the journey going from one end of the Mayrhofen lift system to the other).

Hotel also seems to organize a lot of events/ "programme" throughout your stay which is very nice too.

I simply liked everything about this hotel. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-)

We stayed at Das Post Hotel one night. The breakfast was exceptional! It was probably the best breakfast we had in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, & France.

Our room was large and had two bathrooms. The town is cute. We enjoyed a nice evening stroll.

The best hotel i have been in Austria so far. Well organized.. super friendly staff. The price is fair and worth it. The room are soundproof so you barely hear any noise from the street or the train. The Air conditioner works perfectly in case you need it. The resturant is must to try specially the rib eye steak. Safe garage to park your car with fair price. I highly recommend it and will definitly visit it again.

The hotel is very well located in Zell am Ziller valley.
It has a very convenient access to the ski lift, train station and central to town.

The buffet breakfast is excellent and the the hotel staff / service was superb. The hotel also as fantastic Spa facilities including a pool.
The rooms are very modern, tidy and very comfortable.

The hotel stall is very knowledgeable and we were very well looked after. We are looking forward to planning another trip.

It is an amazing boutique hotel with beautiful and smart design. During hot days we were saved by the airconditioning there.
Had a breathtaking view from our room.
Really enjoyed the spa with the outdoor swimming pool.

Very nice hotel, very family friendly. The room and suite designs are excellent for families on vacation. There is even a small kitchenette, not that you need to cook here as they have an excellent kitchen for dinner. My only suggestion is to have more choices for the a la carte menu. It is way too limited. The spa is nice but needs towels on site. Also the bath robes and towels need updates, the quality is not up to 5 star SLH standard.

What we love the most is the convenience of having a free ski box at the valley lift station for our ski storage. It makes such a huge difference for an enjoyable ski vacation. Thanks!!

You can also go to their adult only sister hotel for dinner and spa for a little extra charge across the street. In fact the restaurant is even better at Marlis Garden.

The Only real negative is that you have to pay to use their indoor garage which is small. They let you park in their outdoor one behind Marlis garden for free. In my case they parked my new bmw w new winter tires. But when I picked up my car. I had a flat tire. They drove my car over a nail. I was not happy to be honest. But they resolved the incidence very professionally and their insurance compensated for all the damage. I was very impressed.

Zell am ziller is a very quiet place for skiing. If you are looking for good fun vibes, it is better to head to Mayrhofen.

the apartment was luxuries as described
the team was great in all levels of services
the only thing I can "complain" about was lack of instruction with the busses to the ski lifts

Really grateful discovering this place. The service was fast and " in properly manner". The food is fresh and local, cocked in the best way, presented accordingly and tasty. Extra dishes was given. The wine card offers not so many wines (only 4 local red wine)...all of them cost more than 40$. Price pp 35/40 € + drinks. Place to go.

I did not stay in the Boutique Hotel, but I had the pleasure of spending 2 hours in the Spa area, a great range of treatments, with the most amazing Beautician, Andrea. You could not get a friendlier, attentive or more professional member of staff. I cannot wait to return!
