Best food I had in the Zillertal! Very trendy hütte with DJ, heated outside area, a great facility and an ever better view over the mountains. The Lam shank, kaiserschmarrn and beef tartar were all Amazing, and I have to say that the Nougatknödel was the best kind of Knödel I ever had, this take on the dish just really hits the nail on the head!

Excellent hut! Spacious, cool outdoor area with life DJ (starting pretty early, so already for lunch time) and an awesome view. Food comes fast and tastes good! We really enjoyed it. Veggie options as well and the possibility to upscale the experience with fancy stuff. Inside cosy. Gets packed early, so make sure to come before or after the crowds.

Very modern hut with an amazing view and great music. Don't be afraid to ask for a blanket, even in summer it can get windy up there. The walk up from the car park at the lake is manageable, but optional one could take the taxi up to the hut.

Amazing experience, breathtaking views and outstanding staff at the bar (especially Julia). I was there for my cousin's wedding and it couldn't have gone any better. I expected the food to be mediocre since it is a remote area but I was pleasantly surprised with its quality, presentation, and upscale feel. MUST VISIT WHEN COMING TO ZILLERTAL!

Once in a lifetime place to have lunch on a clear day. Jaw dropping views, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere and vibe (with live DJed chill out beats).

Awesome hidden gem! On quieter days, it's really mellow and nice to kick back with some good food. On busier days, if you can find a seat, the whole place is jumping in the sunshine. Love it! 🥰

We held our wedding at Kristallhütte earlier this summer and would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested. Coming from Canada, it could have easily been an intimidating experience planning a destination wedding, but the staff at Kristallhütte made it as stress free as possible. From our very first e-mail inquiring about the venue, through to our checkout the day after the wedding, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best wedding experience possible. The recommended vendors were also easy to deal with and exceeded expectations.

When we finally arrived for our big day and saw the venue in person, it was simply stunning and better than any photo can capture. The outdoor terrace served as a beautiful ceremony space overlooking the mountain backdrop. Our group booked the entire 12 rooms/suites and everyone was extremely happy with their rooms and ameneties. My wife and I stayed in one of the suites and found the room rivaling other luxury hotels we've stayed at. The food and drinks throughout our stay were also excellent.

Special thanks again to Stefan, Patricia, Henning and the rest of the staff for making our wedding and overall stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

Extraordinary spa and supreme hotel service

Beautiful, comfortable and classy place perfect for a rest. The Apfel Strudel was absolutely fantastic. It's a tad more expensive than the other restaurants, but the quality of the food is worth it.

The BEST Restaurant on the mountains! Highly recommended by a ski instructor, we had to wait for a table for a while, but well worth it. The place was astonishing, I mean the food was ace, the view amazing, there was a sofa in the toliet!!! The place rocked!! I would highly recommend going here, I would advise going early or booking a table in advance.

It's a very nice place with a nice interior, good food and reasonable prices. It's one of the best restaurants in Hochzillertal ski are. It's almost always crowded so book in advance in order to make sure you get the table.

Place to be when skiing in Kaltenbach. Very nice view, alle the kind of food & drinks you want before you go back on the slopes. Usually very busy, reservation for larger groups a must.
