Alp Art Hotel

It is a great hotel to stay if you are going to visit Innsbruck and you don´t want to be in the middle of the city. This hotel has stunning views to the mountains, it is very relaxing. The bus stop is just 1min walk from the hotel and takes 10min to the city center. The staff is really nice. The breakfast room has lovely views! there is also a small play area for small kids next to it. In general, the stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful place to enjoy nature, relax and explore the beautiful mountains. The hotel is at the right location buses run frequently to Innsbruck. There are plenty of trails in the area and close to all local amenities, Mpreis supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The rooms are amazing everything was nice & clean. Great facilities to enjoy and relax a bit.
Breakfast was good with great options to choose from. Staff were all great to o and very helpful.

This has been the most friendly and welcoming place I have stayed at! The staff is wonderful, our room was amazing and we even got the use of sauna/spa area for our group. Already looking forward to coming again for a longer stay than two nights.

One of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. These people went above and beyond in welcoming the guests. They also followed COVID guidelines more strictly compared to other establishments.

Room was nice, bathroom door is glass and has no locks which is kind of weird. Room is also overstuffed with furniture but somehow doesn’t give the feeling of cramped but is rather tastefully done. Room size is fairly decent. Jacuzzi - included oversees beautiful mountains the background and really adds to the view.

Morning breakfast is presented in a morning room with plenty of sunshine and nice 270 degree view of the landscape.

Overall, highly recommended place. From staff, to decor to food. It’s a worthwhile place to spend a couple of nights.

We were on a business trip in Innsbruck and we stayed one night in the hotel.

The room is lovely furnished. There is a whirlpool tub with an epic view to the mountains.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We got the breakfast in our room (due to the covid regulations) and even our gluten free diet was ensured.
We plan to go back again next year for a longer relaxing stay (skiing or hiking).

The place is highly recommended!

Perfect place with amazing view to the moutains. The staff were more than gentle and gave us very important information for make the nicest tour. I think is the best option at the region because is super close to Innsbruck, and if you don't have a car is possibile to reach with a bus wich the hotel can give a free pass. Breakfast is amazing!!

Amazing receptionist! She is so incredibly friendly! The breakfast room has an incredible view onto the mountains. Overall very clean and comfortable!

Came here for New Year and we had a fantastic time. This hotel was great, everyone was super friendly and the room had a stunning view of the mountains. Nicole and her team were so so friendly helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Vlada was also great at helping us booking the best restaurants for the evening. I would throughly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Gotzens, would absolutely stay again!

Good location, good size (not too small and not to big). Rooms have individual decoration.
Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good. Free parking and the internet is good.

Very nice place. Location is perfect if you want to escape from touristy attractions in Innsbruck (approx 20 minutes by bus to the city centre) and reconnect with nature.
Very clean rooms, good breakfast with many options, friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel provides you with a free bus ticket, so you don't need to pay for the bus to get into Innsbruck.

The Hotel is nice and in a romanic old style. The room was clean, Not that big for a deignated 2beds room but i was alone, so plenty of space.

The late arrival worked perfectly - Key deposit in a safe.

The breakfast was one of the highlights.
The selection is big and everybody will find whats desired.

I don't usually write reviews, and absolutely prefer not to write negative reviews, as there's always plenty out there already! This place however is absolutely amazing. If you're anywhere near, take a detour and stay here for at least one night. Also, eat and drink in the affiliated bar next door, BiNis. Brilliant staff, great food, excellent drinks. They were incredibly busy the night we visited, only two people working the entire place, and yet they remained completely calm and looked after us perfectly. The hotel is fabulous. We had a junior suite to accommodate four of us. Quirky, friendly, and very clean. The staff are so helpful and genuinely welcoming. It's not like a generic chain hotel, I know that often means a disaster, with owners biting off more than they can chew, but not in this case. It's all great!!

Great staff, I accidentally booked the wrong week, but they were very helpful and found us a room. Breakfast is outstanding with amazing views and great selection of food. Room could have been better, very dated, but there are some other rooms that have been upgraded that cost more, maybe next time :)

We stayed here in room 304 as a couple for my 62nd birthday from 12th to 15th December 2019. The view from the room was breathtaking overlooking the snow covered mountains.
The service and food was outstanding, the staff surprised me with an apple pie birthday cake at breakfast on 13th. The hotel provides free bus passes and the restaurant next door served the best beef burger I have ever tasted. There is a supermarket 400 metres down the road that also has a cafeteria and bar where we spent the first few hours of our visit watching the snow come down, perfect !

My wife and I were looking for a room in this area and luckily found this hotel! It was really an amazing place with a very friendly staff! The breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice cosy place to stay with a free bus into Innsbruck. The staff are lovely and very helpful, there is a brilliant breakfast and there are great views throughout the hotel.
