I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I've been there two times and plan a next visit in the upcoming weeks and just can't wait. I fail to understand why some reviews are harmful. My reception is that the staff is great and friendly, food fantastic, beer cold as it should be and the facilities are very professional. What more would you want? We returned back here after five years, this time also with our children. Everything is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable, welness is amazing, food is delicious and the staff is friendly. This is the way how to offer first class service to the tourists. We had a very great time and we will surely return back next year!

Third visit of Grizzly resort was as good as both before. Great service, awesome hospitality and fantastic cuisine..as Austrian cuisine is!

Great Family Resort for a skiing trip, directly at the skilift. The food is really great there. The wellness area is nice but small.

Really liked the place. 2 steps from the ski lifts, rooms are like new, food and service excellent.

Whether the Ski lover or just the Nature fun, Grizzly Sport & Familien Resort is probably the best place to start exploring Aineck & Katchberg area. Just a few steps from the slopes (and really a few only ;0), excellent cousine, even nice choice of lactose-free products, welcoming staff, always ready to help you, really family-friendly (no snobish atmosphere), handicap-friendly, with plenty of space in a garage for your car to park and even more space in rooms to enjoy your stay, either short-one or long-run experience. For those, requiring somehow more formal or 'labeled' standard, there is one more hotel (Allmgut) next doors, and there are two Falkensteiners' on the opposite site of the hill (Aineck / Katchberg), but Grizzly is definitly "the choice" for families and/or ski-lovers in terms of value-for-money.
