This was one of the most magical experiences I have had with my family. The staff at the hotel are so kind and genuine, everyone is happy and ready to help you. By the last day we knew everyone by name and truly felt at home!

The spa was spectacular, clean, large, and very well constructed. The food was soooooo good. We stayed there 4 nights and looked forward to the meals everyday.

The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean! Great great place to stay 10/10 would recommend!!! Skiing the Austrian alps and staying at Der Postwirt was unforgettable ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Our family vacation was exceptional! The kids had a blast in the children's area, and we found the spa to be the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

Stayed 2 nights at the family room; really one of the best hotels we stayed.
Excellent facilities (swimming pools, saunas, steam room and gym), friendly staff.
Excellent half board foods for breakfast and dinners.

This is a family owned hotel with a multi-generational tradition of excellence. They understand personalized service very well. From the moment we reached out to book the reservation, until the moment we checked out of the hotel, every detail was cared for. The room, the food, the spa, the location were all A+. I would rate this hotel in the top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and probably top ski resort stay (we are a family who travels frequently). I do not understand why anyone would not rate this a 5 of 5.

Beautiful Hotel, great service and facilities. The rooms are quiet, excellent beds. Only point which is negative and its not the hotel fault but the village's church.... Each morning the church bells ring around 07.00, very annoying.. The church should respect the rest people need on their holidays!!!

Exceptional. I'm writing this on our last evening at the hotel. The whole place is brilliant, the room, the spa, the staff, the food, and the location.
I smashed my collarbone on day 1 and the team at the hotel could not have been more helpful and supportive.

Just came back from a ski trip and WOW, what a fabulous hotel! From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of everywhere and the quality of food, I will recommend to everyone! Always a vegetarian option for the evening meal which was great and the child’s menu was also great if there was something that my son didn’t like he could get an alternative, Kamil was our allocated waiter and he to was fabulous looking after us through the holiday, Rooms were super comfy, shower gel and lotion were really nice. Nothing to complain/moan about, would definitely stay here again, very happy customers, thank you to all the staff for making the hotel great

Great base for a skiing holiday and also a walking holiday. We stayed half board and the food was exceptional. Great buffet breakfast choice. Different meals each evening with a choice of four different options although you have to make your choice at breakfast. Good helpful pleasant staff. No night porter could be a problem late in. A true family run business. Closing in march for four months for an extension to the pool and wellness area and more accommodation. We will be back

Postwirt Alpen LifeStyle is true to its title. The newly refurbished complex dominates Söll city centre. The historic original buildings have been craftsmanshiply supplemented with a new wing which houses a superb adults only spa, an infinity pool on the roof top, a fitness room and in the basement a kid's club and a family spa.
All is in top condition and brand new.
The staff is well-trained and welcoming, friendly and children are absolutely catered for.
We had booked the Junior Family Suite and it was just perfect. Balcony facing the mountainside, spacey room with bathtub and separate toilet.
Accessories are examplatory - an extra bag for spa, a rucksack for tours or skiing, the Postwirt's own brand of shower gel/shampoo and the obligatory bathrobes and slippers. An absolute plus is also that all (including bathrobes in children's sizes, children's toilet seat and diaper bin) can be booked in advance via WhatsApp or Chat - this service also allows to pre-register the personal details, which made arrival after a long drive an absolute pleasure.
We enjoyed a 3/4 board with excellent breakfast buffet (do order the freshly made omelettes!), a Jause starting at 2.30pm (with free juices, coffee, tea, cake, salad and a hot dish like soup or pasta) and the tasty 3 course dinner (main dish is ordered in advance at breakfast), with a starter buffet.
The family spa area was the perfect leisure place for our children (aged 2 and 5) after the sleighride (including the 55°C
textile sauna and lots of water toys and swimming aides). And at 3pm, lovely Margit invites children aged 3+ to the kindergarten-like kids area. She excels at being a perfect host for her little guests and welcomes them until 9pm).
The hotel is centrally located in the village centre, next to the tourist info and in walking distance to the SPAR market and the bus stations "Zentrum" and "Tyrol" with frequent transfer to close-by Hexenwasser skilift and area.

Great central location - although Söll isn't the biggest of towns so getting around is pretty easy. Bedroom was spacious and clean with a decent sized balcony and bathroom. The hotel's swimming pool and sauna complex was first class. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating - always willing to chat and help. The food choices were very good with something for even the fussiest of palates. All in all a great hotel in a good spot at a reasonable price.

Stayed here for 1 week from 13-20 March with 3 others on Ski holiday. The food was fantastic, with a great variety. I particularly liked the free tap water available on self service basis during dinner, Staff were really friendly and helpful both in the dining room and reception. Had use of various rooms and saunas in the Spa and swimming pool. Only slight criticism was that the jacuzzi bubbles in the pool were a rare event. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage and comfortable beds
Hotel was ideally placed for ski bus , barely a minute from the front door and very well placed for Soll's night life. Would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Best hotel in Soll. Stayed here 4 times now and enjoyed it every time. They have just had a refurbishment of the restaurant and bar areas and they have made a lovely job of it. Lovely outdoor heated pool to come back to after a day on the mountain. This is a bonus and helps relieve all the stiff muscles after a hard days skiing. Highly recommended hotel in Austria.

Best hotel in the area. Always warm and welcoming. Not just happy to go the extra mile they are excited to make your stay amazing. Once you have enjoyed their hospitality you will come back year after year.

Every time we come here we are never disappointed the staff are so friendly and the hotel is very clean the food that's served is amazing. It's great for us as it has a swimming pool for our little one to enjoy in summer or winter as pool is heated in winter so after a day on the slopes it's just the thing to relax in.

Excellent staff, facilities and food. The outdoor infinity pool is really nice. My only wish would be for a hot jacuzzi or even a set of wood-burning hot baths.

This hotel is located in the centre of Soll and has everything you could possibly want from a hotel. Great rooms, views, dining is excellent, prices are more than reasonable. Outdoor pool and play area, a free sauna and massages available at an extra cost.

The Hotel is family friendly staff give you a warm welcome at the reception the room was very comfortable breakfast and dinner was amazing every day and the Spa area was relaxing also the outdoor heated pool was fantastic.. Im already planing to go back next year with more of my family members.
