Schöckl

Peaceful location near Graz with stunning landscapes! There is a cable tray to access the summit where you can enjoy traditional Austrian food as well as cable car, paragliding and cycling!!

Near to the city of Graz. Bus drive about 30 minutes. There’s a cafe at the foot of the Schöckl. If you want to climb up the mountain yourself (it take aprx. 2,30 to 3h), there’s a nice path marked. While climbing up, you’ll also see a nice scenery. The path is rocky and it’s important to wear appropriate shoes. If you don’t want to go by foot, you can take a Bahn which will drive you to the top of the mountain. Worth to make it to the top - stunning panorama and breathtaking view!

Visiting Schöckl is a must! Whether you walk/hike or take the funicular, the view is spectacular! :)

Great food! They always have vegetarian - vegan dishes and homemade cakes!

Nagyon szép a kilátás és a panoráma fentről.A környék legmagasabb pontja kb.1450 méter lehet.A déli oldalról kb.egy óra alatt fel lehet érni a csúcsra,az északin valamivel hamarabb.De itt meredekebb a helyzet és télen havas,jeges az út(szöges cipő ajánlott)Egyébként a déli oldal is leginkább haladó túrázoknak való.De felvonóval is fel lehet menni,ha valaki nem akar gyalogolni...Fent étterem és játszótér is van.Több túraútvonal is indul innen a részletekről nem tudok de az biztos,hogy aki szereti annak nem fog csalódást okozni.A hegyi bringások is örülhetnek,nekik is van külön "játszóterük" :) Lent rengeteg parkolóhely van ami szerencsés.Nekem nagyon tetszett!
