Fast, quick and good friendly service. Rented a set of Stockl advanced skis for the week and they were spot on. Pleasure to ski on. Being right under the main lift was brill and all the more convenient. Can recommend. Book online first for extra 10 % off plus if you are staying in a hotel, take your guest card for further discount.

The depot is absolutely amazing!!! I would recommend to be on time with your reservation. When it's the bizzy period it will be full.

We had a 2 person locker and was big enough for my board, ski, 2 pair of shoes, 2 helmet etc.

My wife and I went to INTERSPORT in Mayrhofen during ski vacation. We both got new boots so we could test and tweak throughout the week of skiing. Fritz Kindl is the ABSOLUTE SKI BOOT DOCTOR. He got us both fitted with the perfect boots for our foot type and adjusted until they were perfect. He really knows his stuff. I went back a few days later because of a hot spot that developed from the boot adjusting to my foot and Fritz worked some more of his magic and it was perfect again. Thanks Fritz!

Fabulous customer service here. Upon rental and return the staff greeted us and introduced themselves by name. They were full of advice about which skis to try and even suggested we try a new pair each day for different types of skiing in different areas of the resort (no extra cost). The skis and boots were new and in perfect condition. They even gave us a bag for our boots and suncream for the mountain. Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. Top service.

This place is amazing. They have the most advanced ski service facility. You can buy your ski tickets from a machine, we rented the snowboard for our kids for the first time to try, but after one day they didn’t like it and wanted to go back to skiing. No problem. They let us switch our equipment without charging us extra. The ski depot box is super convenient. You can activate it at the shop with your ski pass. The Penkennahn is a 20 seater continuous gondola which doesn’t have any wait at all in the busiest new year week. Lifts everywhere so you don’t have to drag your skis and heavy boots too far to enjoy skiing here. Just make sure you book a depot box when you reserve your skis/snowboards. Those boxes are rented out quickly. We were lucky to get the last one.

Rented my skis and locker from the Intersport base station last week. Have to say it was the best rental experience I've ever had in many many years of ski holidays. My ski's were in pristine condition, ready for collection with minimal queuing on collection and return. No hassle and very helpful and super friendly staff. Thank you :)

I rented a mountain bike at this shop, and the rental was arranged promptly and the bike was in a good condition. The store clerk, Christian, was incredibly kind and helpful.

Excellent shop if you book everything online beforehand. No waiting lines, perfect heated lockers on the mountain.

Top of the range equipment with excellent facilities to store your skis and boots either at the top or bottom of the Penken lift system.

Very organized especially for online booking. The ski storage is convenient and just below the lifts.
