Horbergbahn - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen

Good resort, but not for begginers. Biggest part of slope are red or black. During day time in some slopes is too much skiers. From early morning until middle of the day the slopes keeps good conditions.

Highly recommend this resort. Huge amounts of snow. Very well maintained pistes… great lifts and conditions. Minimal queues for anything. Great food on the mountains.

Great ski resort with variable ski slopes from kids flats to 78% "harakiri" black one. Everyone will find slopes appropriate for himself. Few restaurants offering tasty Austrian food served with incredible views. You can lift to 2400m and enjoy noce slopes.

Beginner, routine, or expert? 4 Everyone there is a right track.
Great snow maintenance, though due to climate change, you have to go higher up where you'll discover excellent snow conditions.

Great ski resort with plenty of nice tracks for skiing and snowboarding.
Pro Tip: Get a map on the ground station and see the several different routes through the complete area. We done the Arena XXL Tour and it was fabulous. 🤩

Great skiing expierience.

Mayrhofner is overcrowded but for a good reason. Great slopes, easy to connect to almost any part of the mountain and a great park area where you can see athletes perform amazing ski/board tricks.

High quality ski resort in the Austrian region of North Tyrol (Zillertal/Ziller Valley). Lots of slopes catering to all levels of skiers, a few red slopes have pretty steep sections but still mostly feasible when groomed. Front blue slope (28/29) and end of major red slope (31) leading to the Lärchwald chairlift are often crowded with kids and punters, but you can easily reach less frequented areas such as Horberg (Schneekar/Gerent chairlift) and Rastkogel (150er Tux aerial lift). Lots of opportunities for eating and drinking directly on the slopes.

Absolutely amazing skiing and sightviewing. Great parks, great slopes, one of the best ski arena I've ever been to.

Awesome activity to take part in and on top of that the views are as beautiful as it gets.

beautiful view, perfect place for beginners till advanced riders. sadly no terrain park(fun park) but still amazing. the black slope down the mountain is a nice way to end the day.

Excellent cable gondola leading to the ski area.

Great area with many modern high capacity lifts, challenging slopes and great restaurants.

The Horbergbahn has a decent parking capacity and if you avoid the peak hi out around 9 it's not terribly busy.
At the mountain station there is a not so beginner friendly steep slope 50 meters down to the lifts.

2 other cable cars access the same area from Mayrhofen and Finkenberg.

The area is connected to Rastkogel via a 150 person cable car. That area has many good beginner slopes.

Excellent skiing ares in Zillertal if you want to go off Track and experience some deeper snow!
